I would like to express my appreciation and gratitude to the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, Artyom Alexandrovich, and the entire medical staff of the Dr. Ai clinic. For selfless work, care and love for animals! Once again, I am convinced of the professionalism of these people!

Incompetent specialists, rude attitude towards animals and boorish behavior towards people. Artyom Alexandrovich did not provide the necessary assistance and did not even consult.

If your pet has fleas, conjunctivitis, or otitis media, they will help you, but if something is more difficult than that, it is better to contact another clinic. At 7 a.m., our dog began to swell under his muzzle and on his neck, he began to breathe poorly, I was scared and immediately went to this clinic, because it is the closest, and we had previously addressed simple issues. There was already a queue at the door before the opening, then the dogs were admitted by appointment for vaccinations. I stayed at the clinic for 1-2 hours with my already very poorly breathing dog, and only then were we accepted. The vet immediately said that this swelling was due to the tooth. He gave me 2 injections and told me to come back tomorrow. I trusted him, I thought the injections would relieve the swelling and everything would be fine. But by the evening, the swelling did not subside, the dog already had impaired coordination, and had no appetite. He was just lying there, and it looked like he was having seizures. It was already late, all the clinics were closed, there was nowhere to go. the next day we come back, by that time the dog is no longer getting up, he has a loss of coordination, no appetite, he is very hot, convulsions. The veterinarian says that it is necessary to clean the swelling and remove teeth under anesthesia, but after he found out his age, he said that he could not be put under anesthesia. That is, if the dog had been younger, would he have been put under anesthesia in this condition? Anyway, the dog's teeth were pulled out, the swelling was cleaned, and there was some kind of bloody mess in his mouth. At the same time, the temperature was never measured, no antibiotics, no treatments, NOTHING were prescribed. When asked about coordination, we were told "maybe it's a micro-stroke," but by all indications, the dog has already started hypoxia due to edema. Our only fault is that the dog had not been examined before and had an inflammation of the teeth. Also, they didn't realize right away and didn't go to a normal clinic. Perhaps he would have lived longer, but on the night after 2 visits to this clinic, he died in convulsions. I strongly recommend that you take a responsible approach to choosing the clinic on which your pet's life will depend.
