I recently visited the studio for a laser hair removal procedure and was completely delighted! The atmosphere in the studio is very cozy, the staff is friendly, responsive and professional. The procedure was quick and painless. I went for the first time and it was scarier according to expectations than in fact! It doesn't hurt at all, the wonderful master Galina told everything about the devices, about the procedure, about the further course, distracted at times when it became a little unpleasant from the laser, that she completely forgot that there was something "wrong" in the pain.
I will definitely return for repeated sessions and recommend it to anyone who wants to get rid of unwanted hair. ☺️

The effect was noticeable after the first procedure, after the third there was already a significant difference before and after. But it is necessary to complete the entire course for a long-term result.

Before the New Year, on the recommendations of colleagues, I signed up for Sikorskaya T.A. for photo therapy.
A week before the appointment, herpes popped out. The appointment was postponed.
When I came for the procedure, Tatiana Anatolyevna started saying that the device might not help me (although this particular device is shown for rosacea), that phototherapy is "my" procedure, but it needs to be done every season and maybe even for three years, that promises to get rid of redness in 3 times are marketing and she can't give any guarantees. I thanked him for his honesty and said that I had studied my illness enough to have no illusions. And I'm ready to do as much as I need to. But Tatiana Anatolyevna said that I need to go to a dermatologist and generally to another laser. And everything would be fine, but the conversation felt like I was being scolded. The fact that I am a cosmetologist is not a reason for such messages. "What's wrong?", Tatiana asked, but from the surprise of what was happening, I couldn't find what to say.
This conversation lasted 10 minutes, and we were "kicked out" of the office. At the reception, I was told to pay 50 rubles for the consultation. I paid and left.
When my "discouragement" passed, I wrote to Tatiana Anatolyevna, which was "not so." If the initial consultation was necessary, then why was it necessary to shift the record, I would have come with herpes. As it was, I was "scolded" and refused the service. 10 minutes. Money for nothing.
Tatiana Anatolyevna ignored him.
I wrote to the studio's account, where they replied that they were very sorry that I did not like the consultation of the candidate of medical sciences. I asked why I wasn't scheduled for a consultation in the first place.
To which they said they had no answers and were ready to refund the money.
By the way, the customer service is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and does not work on official working Saturdays. Which turned out to be extremely inconvenient (my problems, I understand).
The refund did not involve any cash orders or receipts, but only a formal statement that administrators could easily accept. The refund was in cash.
I've been on the other side of customer service, and I understand perfectly well what consumer extremism and inappropriate behavior on the part of customers are.
However, the statement said that the money was being refunded to me and I had no claims against Sikorskaya. But it was to her and to the service that I had a complaint. A refund does not solve the problem.
I can't evaluate the clinic or the doctors, and there's probably nothing wrong with that. One star stands exclusively until the management's attention is drawn to this situation.

Since this was my first visit, no one warned me about taking medications, going to the pool, tanning and other things when making an appointment (I was booked in advance). I found out about everything 1 day before the procedure, when they wrote to me that you can't take medications for 7 days.I hope that in the future the treatment of customers will become more attentive and caring.
