A foreigner friend of mine had surgery there. I was amazed at their service and the level of care. Her doctor was Temur, he checked her several times to make sure that he was doing his calculation right, her problem was quite serious actually. My friend said they were super attentive to her before/while/after the surgery. After a while she decided to operate the second eye in this clinic as well. They have some apparatuses which exist only in their clinic in central Asia. Very recommend!

I liked everything. There is a cafe and a children's room on the territory of the clinic. Everything is clean and new. They were treated by a pediatric ophthalmologist, Saydalikhodzhayeva Mushtari Akbaralievna. In an hour, we performed a complete diagnosis contactless on modern equipment (and not as in our agency: the diagnosis alone lasted more than 2 weeks 😔 does everyone remember atropine? 🙈). We received physiotherapy for 10 days without skipping, because the hardware therapy room is open on Sunday (before lunch). While our glasses were not ready, we were given glasses to receive therapy (some procedures are impossible without them). The staff is polite and friendly. The employee of the hardware Feruza is very attentive. Everyone notes the high prices. A complete diagnosis cost 500 thousand rubles (together with the primary consultation, secondary (after treatment)- free of charge) , treatment on 3 devices 233 thousand per day. The result of the treatment is very good and fast. They started treatment in mid-August, and thanks to competent treatment, they managed to get there before the start of the school year 👍 I am grateful to the whole clinic

I came in with minus 4, I was examined, drops were prescribed and after a certain time they scheduled a repeat appointment, where they were already allowed to go for surgery. I was operated on by Rakhmatullaev Kudratilla Asatullayevich. The operation was painless, every step was commented on by the doctor, my operation lasted 10 minutes. I was absolutely not worried during the operation, because Kudratilla Asatullayevich is a professional in his field. Everything was done at the highest level. I didn't like it. They arrived at 9:00 by appointment, left almost at 17:00. Everything is long and expensive. The consultation is brief. A crack in the retina was diagnosed. They were sent for laser coagulation. And everything turns out to be fine with the retina. I am not satisfied with the service.

Обращались несколько раз. Как к взрослому, так и к детскому офтальмологу. Врачи понравились. Можно попасть к врачу в тот же день, что очень радует, т.к. ,когда срочно надо , ждать по неск дней запись просто смешно. Обслуживание на высоте. Был инцидент с записью, когда пришли к 8.30, но в 9.30 все ещё сидели в очереди, но подойдя на регистратуру все быстро разрешилось. Как выяснилось, среди тех, кто по записи сидят люди и по живой очереди и просто не спрашивая и обманывая заходят к врачу, говоря ,что они первые....но это уже невоспитанность людей, а не претензия к клинике. Сейчас сделали ещё лучше, теперь врач сам вызывает записанных и уже таких случаев не будет.

Добрый день. Я живу в Ташкенте 1,5 года и была уже у разного направления специалистов и Махинур Жабборовна для меня это выдох расслабления. В отличат от других врачей где я сталкивалась с халатностью, игнорированием, бесчувственностью и тд, в ее кабинете я чувствовала себя максимально в безопасности, а это крайне важно для людей которым физически плохо но они не знают от чего. Мало того что меня подробно расспрашивались о всех моих ощущениях, реакциях тела, меня тоже не оставляли без информации. Мне подробно рассказали что от чего предположительно могло возникнуть, а это дало мне возможность шире взглянуть на ситуацию и опять же понять в какой именно момент мог возникнуть симптом. Мне крайне приятна была этичность врача, если была возможность не снимать одежду, это использовалось и сердце прослушивалось под одеждой, что тоже дало мне чувство безопасности и комфорта. Меня похвалили за внимательное отношение к своему здоровью. В общем из кабинета доктора я вышла спокойной, довольной, расслабленной и с улыбкой и с знаниями. Я получила все сильные и важные моменты от этого специалиста… компетентность, включённость , спокойствие, внимательность, опытность, заботу. Спасибо большое!

Хорошо оборудованная современная клиника. Персонал вежливый. Специалисты высококлассные. Есть все условия для долгого ожидания. Вкусный буфет, зал ожидания, очень чистый туалет (чистят каждые 10-15 минут, реально). А ждать приходится порой долго.)) Цены, я бы сказал, выше среднего, но восстановленное зрение того стоит однозначно. А самое главное это же глаза, правильно? Если есть возможность и хоть малая доля вероятности восстановления зрения, то они вам восстановят ваше зрение. Это 100%. Спасибо доктору Максудовой и её команде. Рекомендую.

Клиника хорошая. Но удивил тот момент,что записавшись в указанное время,ты сидишь еще 30-40 мин. Это я понимаю,бывают случаи,когда на пациента уходит больше времени,или врач освобождается раньше,осмотрев пациента. Но думаю,колл-центру нужно уточнять,перед тем как записывать клиента на прием. Что у него,какие жалобы,просто обследование,полное обследование,чтобы подготовить результаты для операции и сбора анамнеза и сделать единый тайминг. На консультацию-20мин,просто осмотреть,если у человека есть краснота например-15мин. Консультация для операции-1,5часа и пр. Это к примеру. И похоже уже записывать на прием в нужное время.

The fact that people come early to get to work doesn't seem to bother you? Further. At the reception of the first floor, another type of analysis was mistakenly indicated, which is why I had to run from the minus of the first floor to the cashier for an additional payment and back. There are no complaints about the doctor, the doctor is excellent and competent. But the work of the administration spoils the whole impression and adds unnecessary stress, which is enough.

Одна из немногих клиник, которая отвечает современным стандартам. Персонал предупредительный, вежливый, доброжелательный. Оборудование современное, отвечает требованием времени. Врачебный персонал очень внимательный. Очень подробно проводят обследования и консультации и доступным языком объясняют выявленные проблемы. Если, не дай бог, появятся проблемы со зрением, настоятельно рекомендую эту клинику.

Клиника зарекомендовала себя хорошо. Профессиональные специалисты. Отдельно хочется отметить врача офтальмолога Хаджимухамедова Бекзода. Внимательный, позитивный и весьма ответственный врач. Рекомендую.
