My husband and I went in on 12/31/2024 at about 12.30 to buy a Vetspokoin for the dog. When buying something in vet pharmacies, the seller always specifies which breed, what weight of the pet, and also if there are jars with different amounts of milliliters available, they also talk about this. This time, there was a man at the checkout (I didn't see his name) and, upon our request, we needed a vetcoin - he just immediately punched the first one he saw, without asking a single clarifying question!!! No weight of the dog, no breed, etc. How can that be? We were in a hurry, so we paid quickly, took the medicine, and ran about our business. As a result, we noticed at home that this medicine is suitable for large and medium breeds, and for a moment, we have a 2.5 kg mini pomeranian! But there was no question about the breed and weight of the dog, as I said above. As an ordinary person, how do I know that there is a similar medicine for both small and large breeds? It's up to the seller to say it. In addition, we compared the number of milliliters of the new jar with the previous one and it turned out that we were sold 75 ml of medicine, and the previous one was 25 ml. You can imagine the price difference yourself. Plus, most of the new medicine will simply not be used until the end, since after opening the bottle, the medicine can be stored for no more than 20 days. When buying, there was no question about the number of ml either. They just gave us the biggest bottle. As a result, money is wasted, since we simply do not use most of the medicine for our little pomeranian, and the incompetence of the seller! Teach your employees to ask clarifying questions when selling medicines!
