The quality of service in places. They do not complete the signatures when delivering the vehicle, and then they call for an autograph. In the strength of all this work, we have to go personally for the signature. Moreover, I will have to go through a taxi ordeal in Istanbul because I left the car to them. Now, while the services are providing valet service in car delivery and such transactions and helping the customer, this company is unfortunately lagging behind in service.
