I can say that I am an elderly DoDo veteran. And I was terrified to settle in the Mikhailovo metro station, as my dream of a Drone became a nightmare. No, there are no complaints about pizza. The problem is that if you order pizza at least at the beginning of the day, constantly coming to the place where the order is placed, you see that the pizza is prepared at best, sometimes you waited more than half an hour. Then why is it even possible to order for a certain time? Don't give a damn about pizza veterans! But the pizzas are good as always, although the dough is not as lush as before, and the ingredients are not as generous as in the best of times, the room itself is pleasant inside, although it's a little cramped to be honest. In general, it all comes out in 3 stars. I hope that a good attitude towards customers will not die out like a Dodo bird!

The order for the same pizza, as a result, I get a school "grease", I picked it up immediately after cooking, so everything was even hotter. The dough is raw again, there is less filling on the left than on the right - it looks like some kind of "crossover" of tortillas and 1/4 pizza. I left a review, but no one even called back and explained why. I don't need discounts, bonuses, etc. I chose your pizzeria for the proven "technology", knowing that by ordering in the morning, afternoon or evening I would get a delicious pizza, but apparently your chefs decided to add their "highlights" and turned their favorite pizzeria into a place that needs to be avoided, and made inedible "cakes" or pizza blanks from the main dish. I made both unsuccessful orders at a quiet time, when there was no wild excitement in the kitchen and in the pizzeria. All orders are in the same pizzeria on Gursky. Deadline order number 137 dated 3.10.24 - no one gave me a check, there was an online payment.

That's the only thing that has never been questioned is to the deliverers, they do their job, it seems to me, quite to themselves. But the pizzeria and the one who cuts and packs probably one suffers from alzheimer's (otherwise I do not know how to explain why they constantly forget to add some ingredient or that the ingredients should at least pretend that you tried to scatter evenly on the pizza) and the second one has a squint, because slicing pizzas is sometimes surprising, one piece is 3 times larger than the next one. Managers are also in no hurry to resolve issues with reviews in the application after delivery, they ordered on Friday evening and a review was written on the same day, they called only in the sun. I don't know what happened to dodo there, but when I lived at a different address and the delivery was carried out from other points, problems almost never happened before. If you want to eat adequately, it's better to go straight to the pizzeria, because at least there is hope on the spot that you will be given pizza right away according to normal if you suddenly have questions, you are probably a second-rate customer for them(

I am very glad that a couple of years ago I accidentally went to drink coffee in one of their cafe chains. I've been coming here a lot since then. For example, in the morning they have a good combo breakfast, in the evening they meet and chat over a glass of coffee and dessert. Of the pizzas, I personally recommend dodo pizza, in my opinion it is the best. If you go alone, you can take a combo with pizza and a drink to choose from for ~ 10 Br and just try it.
