I arrived with my husband at the pizzeria Dodo, at 35 Chkalova St. at 22:35. We wanted to order two pizzas, but the cashier refused. I asked for the elder. A girl came up and said that no orders were accepted today from 22:30. I clarified why, but they didn't tell me the reason. I asked if I could order a pickup through the app and they told me to try it. The order was first accepted, and then abruptly refused-they saw that it was ours! I was also told that they say that orders after 22:30 are not accepted. When I demanded to see where it was written, they pointed a finger at the information for the guests and told me to look for yourself! We were not satisfied! I'd also like to add that in other Dodo pizzerias, there is no such rule! They are accepted everywhere in 10 minutes! I hope that this will be dealt with and the employees will be punished!!!

We decided to order 3 pizzas on 11/6/25, to which we were told at the checkout that the waiting time was more than an hour... while there are only 2 orders in progress on the scoreboard. We went to the website, ordered and after 10-12 minutes 3 pizzas were ready. While I was waiting, people came up and the cashier told them the same thing, everyone went safely to burger king... If you don't want to work like that, then close up. People come to you because they like your products. This is not the first time this has happened. Such staff should not be kept at work... It's a pity that this is happening...
