We often order from dodo. Unfortunately, we are faced with a long waiting time for the preparation of orders, with a minimum number of people. Friendly staff is very rare. 04.04.2025 in the evening, we ordered pizza in Zhodino, waited for more than 20 minutes, when a ready notification appeared on the scoreboard, we went to get the order, but it turned out that the order had been given to someone or lost, we did not receive an exact answer. We didn't hear any apologies or regrets either! They said wait! We sat and waited.We did not inform about the readiness of the order until we came to clarify the information about the order ourselves! When asked about the readiness, the cashier (Elizabeth, if I'm not mistaken)She muttered something and turned away. I silently collected the order, did not apologize for the unfortunate situation and the long waiting time. Work with your staff, their behavior leaves much to be desired!!!

Today, in our city of Zhodino, among other catering facilities, the Dodo pizzeria occupies the first place! The staff is at the highest level, all standards are 100% met!!! This is the only place where I can order my own food with peace of mind, and be sure that all sanitary norms (starting from the hands of the staff, ending with the storage of blanks) will be fulfilled.

Convenient location, friendly staff. You can place an order through the app while shopping and then go for a snack, which is very convenient when with children. There is also a pizza cooking master class. For a small company, a good place to spend time, but not for a large one, the place is not very much.
