Dodo Pizza: Promises are empty words!
I ordered a pizza at the Dodo, I wanted a medium one, but they brought a small one! It's unpleasant, but okay, it happens. I left a review in the app, the manager called back, promised compensation: free pizza and free delivery. I said I'd use it later.
Two days have passed, I decided to use it. I applied a promo code, and the application requires me to order another pizza for free! Where is the promised free shipping? I called the call center, they don't know anything, they also insist on ordering a second pizza. They gave me the number of the manager who promised me free pizza, but no one answers there.
Conclusion: in Dodo Pizza, promises are an empty phrase. They promise one thing, but in fact it turns out to be quite another. Terrible service, I do not recommend it!
