At first, we ate pizza with my wife and thought it would be better to eat something from home-cooked food at home. We took 2 pizzas. The dough tastes like rancid sunflower oil. Both have pizzas. One was unfinished. A 38-ruble pizza is a big one, and I wouldn't pay 15 rubles for it even if I knew. But at the same time, the staff is polite, everyone is working hard, the interior is clean and the atmosphere is pleasant. But there's something wrong with pizza.

It's a terrible place. Terrible service
We came with my sister and placed an order through the mobile application for pickup. And we sat down in the waiting room. It took 20 minutes, 30 minutes, 40 minutes, and the order was still not ready. After 50 minutes of waiting, I approached the girl at the checkout to clarify what was going on (there were at most 4 people in the pizzeria). And after waiting so long, it turns out that part of my order was just lying on the shelf, cooling down, and they told me to wait 6 minutes for the rest of the order. As a result, the potatoes and dodster are cold. When I was told that the potatoes were cold, another 20 minutes later they brought new potatoes (treated like a dog of some kind), or rather they didn't, I went over to find out where the potatoes were, but it turned out to have been on the shelf for a long time
To pick up, pay, and ask, the girl had to wait another 10 minutes. I was standing at the front of the queue, waiting for the girl to come up, seeing that it was my turn, she preferred the service to 6 couriers, although I was ahead of them. They couldn't give me a complaint book for a very long time
Thanks to the "wonderful" Angelina, who didn't give a damn about people.
Management, do something with your staff and solve the problems.

Thank you very much! I've never seen a pizza that tastes better than yours! I buy almost every Tuesday! The employees are kind and polite! There are transparent glasses through which you can see how the pizza is being prepared! Very interesting! In general, I highly recommend it! Dodo is the best pizzeria!
