To visit the toilet, you need to look for the code. I was unpleasantly surprised that paper cups and bottled drinks were offered for drinking. I don't feel like a pizzeria, rather a kitchen with the possibility of pickup and sitting in an "as is" environment.

After the first visit, I decided not to leave a review, I assumed that there might be a human factor (in the application I indicated "bring to the table", no one brought anything). On my second visit, I was not provided with sugar for coffee, napkins, and again they did not bring me to the table. There are no complaints about the quality of the food, but the service is disgusting.

Пиццу всегда заказывали в додо,никогда никаких нареканий не было,но не в этот раз! Увидели акцию по промокоду(2-я пицца пеперони в подарок), естественно, я ввела данный код 2 РАЗА, оплатила онлайн. И что вы думаете? Приехала одна наша пицца, а вторую мы не увидели. Позвонили,уточнить в чем проблема, на что нам в ответ сказали,что наш промокод просто НЕ СРАБОТАЛ и вы в этом не убедились. Все легко и просто оказывается. По итогу нас просто послали и сказали,что в этом наша вина! В истории заказов пусто, хотя заказ нам доставили буквально 15 минут назад! Вообщем, стали обманывать и обвинять,что мы сами во всем виноваты! Не перезванивают,чтобы подтвердить заказ,что не мало важно,чтобы подобных ситуаций не было!!!!За такие бешенные деньги, сервис могли бы и улучшить!Отвратительно!Больше заказывать точно не будем.Спасибо

Худшая пиццерия в городе на Притыцкого 28а!!!! ПОСТОЯННО НЕДОВЕС пиццы 200гр!!! Причем с любой, большая или средняя. Это как пицца без двух кусков или достер. И очень печально, что с этим ничего не делают! Персонал посредственный. Печалька

Что обслуживание, что продукт - шляпа полная. Персонал - детвора, ржут ( не смеются, а именно ржут), на весь зал, как лошади в стойле. Без понятия элементарно о сервисе и качестве обслуживания. Ценообразоаание - космос.
В целом- больше не пойдём!

Заказ был сделан на определённое время. Пришёл заранее, оплатил заказ и стал ждать, сказали что к укащаннуму времени будет. Сотрудники даже не предложили сдвинуть заказ (мб система не подлерживает). Сидел я больше часа и наблюдал, как посетители приходили, заказывали и забирали заказы, а я свой не получал. И самое интересное, что таких клиентов с заказами "ко времени" было достаточно много. Вот такая передовая айти система, которой руководство так гордится.

Всегда вкусная пицца, удобное приложение, постоянные акции – что ещё нужно?
Правда, именно в этом ресторане туалет с кодовым замком, код в чеке, а при заказе через приложение чека нет 😬
В остальном к Додо никогда вопросов нет, всегда радуют, супер.

В основном заказываю доставку. Готовят быстро, привозят быстро и все горячее. В заведении тоже норм. Вкусные пасты, неплохие додстеры, их пицца тоже неплоха, но не входит в список самых любимых.

In the personal rating - the last place. No matter how much pizza was ordered, there was always no gastronomic "orgasm". I ate- as I cooked it myself, nothing special.
