I placed an order through the application, the money was withdrawn from the card, but the order was not issued, I had to go there, since the Dodo operator did not pick up the phone, I reported the problem, to which I was simply given another number of the operator who picked up the phone, and not the first time, they said they would refund the money in 3 days, and They said if they didn't return it, they would have to apply again. People were also sitting at a table with the same problem. Left without food and without money, the problem is that no one took action, I believe that it was necessary to return the money to people, and dodo should have already informed the operator that the money that was debited would come to them, so that people would not wait for their money for several days, or completely close this application if such problems. I do not recommend ordering food through the dodo app!

Dodo pizza is in its repertoire. The food is delicious, the service is prompt pizza of various choices, the kitchen is good staff, friendly waiting time. Quite acceptable. The delivery is fine.

There is not much to complain about, except that they take a long time to fulfill orders when there is an influx of visitors. Well, cheesecakes could be more weighty - but this is not a question for a specific pizzeria, but for the system. :) A separate respect is for the potatoes from the oven (for not being deep-fried, but baked), one star was removed for removing "4 cheeses" from the pizza menu. :)

Very very bad staff. the order is ready, it lit up on the screen, but the pizza was not given, the girl came to the checkout and stupidly ran away somewhere. another one came out, started to figure it out, turned out. She was given to others . They said to wait another 7-10 minutes . this is a plus to the fact that we waited for her for 35 minutes.

Пользуюсь приложением по доставке. Мне и членам моей семьи очень нравится меню додо. Пиццы всегда свежие, вкусные, очень быстрая доставка, ни разу не опаздывали ) рекомендую. И цены приемлемые.

Хорошее заведение. Вежливый персонал. Чисто и уютно. Были с коллегой в командировке, появилась срочная нужда в нормальном заведении с розетками для ноутбука и стабильным WI-FI интернетом и ввиду ограниченного времени и местом с качественным питанием. Провели там реально пол дня, провели две видеоконференции, никто и слова не сказал. Правда и покушали не на дёшево.😁Рекомендую.

Еда вкусная, но персонал выше всяких похвал, особенно 2 девушки в смене, я давно уже таких людей нигде не встречала, особая благодарность. Вспоминаю с удовольствием это заведение.

Заказ доставили спустя 15 минут после звонка. 3 пиццы. Вкусно конечно, но видно было что не только что приготовленная, например пеперонни был заверенным

Отличная сетевая пиццерия. Хорошее расположение и внутренний дизайн. На данный момент имеются проблемы с доставкой. Не всем по вкусу ингридиенты.

К сожалению, очень страдает сервис, хозяин фелиала вообще не поддерживает уровень сервиса всей сети Додо и вряд ли будет. Был свидетелем того, как в Додо включили свою музыку, вместо Додо радио, менеджер им такой нагоняй устроил. Тут даже не видно менеджера и сриптонит эт норма, могут плохо убрать стол, частое отсутвие человека на кассе (это конечно можно понять). Нет камер на кухне, как положено в Додо. Очень хотелось бы, что бы Додо в родном городе соответствовала своим же стандартам
