The pizza is generally normal. I've tried worse and better. The waiting time for an order is absolutely unacceptable. I placed an order (2 pizzas for the dodo Tuesday promotion) with pickup from this point. After 20 minutes, I went to pick up the order, and after another 10 minutes, the order was not ready. I waited for another 25 minutes. I was given 5 orders with numbers older than mine (also with 2 pizzas) and 4 orders to the delivery guys.

Thanks dodo pizza for spoiling the mood! We made an order at the pizzeria on Nesterova on 31.10 at 18 o'clock. The courier made a mistake with the order and brought sorbet instead of 2 lemon tarts. When we contacted the pizzeria, instead of apologizing, they told me in an arrogant tone, "wait for the order to close, write a review and we will deliver it to you as soon as possible" (my order for which I paid money). As a result, the order was closed closer to 23 hours, and there was no way to leave a review (there was simply no button in the app to rate the order). At 23 o'clock I called dodo again, the manager with the phrase "let's solve the situation" offered to take me right now (I have to wait around the clock at work) There was no apology. I was asked to call the next day and remind them of the order (I also have to call to remind them to bring my order). I'm calling in the morning. Again, no apologies, she said what time to bring it. "The courier will contact you" (All). I ask the management of this pizzeria to teach their employees how to communicate with customers, especially when they have made a mistake. It's very nice to pay 15 rubles for 2 small pieces of dessert, not get it when I want it, and then wait for their order to be rejected, call them several times, remind them. The service is on the level. We are very disappointed, I will not order any more from dodo. I don't want to pay for a spoiled mood

This pizzeria is like a grandmother who wants to feed everyone with onions. Even when forbidden, Dodo adds his onion to the pizza. This is a disappointment for people close to me, who have been literally sick of onions since childhood. I tried to leave internal feedback to the Dodo, but there was no reaction - at least a piece of onion, but it comes across. The most humiliating thing is their 20% discount on the next order to make up for the smelly pizza. Dodo gives a 30% discount to customers of the Mile construction store, and the manager allocated only 20% for discarded pizza with onions. It's just a spit in the face. In the last case, I didn't even contact them - it was useless.

The cook has never even handled his hands between orders, plus orders take a long time to prepare. The atmosphere in the establishment is not pleasant, apparently...the era of high-quality service is gone. After observing the condition of your restaurant's kitchen (with burnt dodsters in a row), a reasonable question arose - what is the probability that it will not be a "takeaway dinner" with consequences? We haven't visited your network for a long time, and we won't visit it again in the future.
