Hello everyone, I would like to thank Dr. Dmitry E. Rud, the blonde receptionist, and all the staff who made efforts to help us. We arrived on 09/14/2025, it was Sunday at 11:00 a.m. at the clinic with terrified eyes with our family member, a Jack Russell Terrier. At the entrance to the Canine Joy clinic, Dr. Dmitry Rud was standing and talking on the phone, I came up to him with my dog in my arms and said doctor, please help and accept us. Since we arrived at Greta, they were rude and did not want to accept us, my dog was in serious condition. But the doctor asked for the symptoms and said that you can go to the clinic, I'll see you now. They entered us into the database , interviewed us , and began a complete examination, measuring our blood pressure several times as it should be for animals, measuring our temperature, checking our anus, and taking a blood test. And we started saving my family member, immediately put on an IV, injected a lot of injections after we did a coronavirus test and a parvovirus test and it was found that according to the blood test we have parvovirus, we are only 1 year and three months old. All the staff are very young, polite and attentive. So here's what I want to say: their treatment is at the highest level, they were always in touch with me, no matter what stupid questions I would ask them, they explained everything reliably and intelligibly. We were prescribed ivs 2 times a day for 5 days, as well as injections, tablets and suspension. I was provided with all the documents about the treatment, the prices are all prescribed and all the drugs too, I have everything in my hands. Which is very convenient. They told me thoroughly several times how to treat and what to do one by one . They raised my four-legged family man in three days , after five days we were only prescribed pills to drink for up to 7 days. And voila, my happiness is running wild . It was hard , but we did it . I recommend this clinic "Dog's Joy" to all of you from the bottom of my heart. Thank you, kind people, for the well-chosen treatment. I wish all of you that your animals were healthy ♥♥♥♥♥
