Prolapse appeared first in one eye, and a month later it came out in the second, and Julia also dealt with us. We were so pleased with each other that we already signed up for sterilization with Julia. Since she is with us until victory, she is always interested in the postoperative condition! We are in touch 24/7! We had all the procedures perfectly 👍 Sterilization is a pretty difficult operation for a patient, but my beauty, already on the second day, jumped 🤣 Although Julia asked, knowing the temperament of Asha (my nickname is Kane Corso), at least three days of rest🫣 But it is not possible to keep it in place for more than 5 minutes🤦🏻♀️ And everything is fine with us👍 25 days have passed since the operation, and the scar is barely noticeable! And very professional. In general, it is clear that professionals work in the clinic. Everything is computerized, fast, and clear. There is an ultrasound for animals, my cat has been there too. No unnecessary information, no money sucking, no unnecessary drugs. If the "patient" is healthy and it's okay, that's what they say, and they don't force you to buy something expensive and essentially unnecessary. A huge range of products for animals, from feed and medicines to toilets, carriers and toys. There is a constant queue of owners and pets, which, in my opinion, speaks about the quality of work and the fame of the clinic. By the way, the queue is not delayed, it is accepted quite quickly. An acceptable price tag. The Bravecto I've been looking for all over the city is here. The price, of course, is not small, but it has never been cheap. And he is! The operation was on 07/31/2024 ,they kicked us out 1.08.24 g + discharge , upon discharge they gave one medicine, and in fact another,anti-inflammatory suspension , painkillers, and in fact they gave the pills mistakenly + took 8 pieces from me for Felix jelly, and in fact she ate 1, in total they took 58200 TG from me, even on Whatsapp, they haven't answered since last night. They ruined the kitten.
They were treated several times, like "treated". The kitten was without a mother, it was nursed at home from 10 days. Gradually gained weight and strength. But for some reason, the "doctors" of this clinic decided that once he was 2 months old, then they could give him a three-component vaccine, despite the fact that the kitten did not weigh 500 grams yet.
And after the vaccination, 4 days later, they prescribed anthelmintic, as it turned out later, in a much higher dosage than it was possible for its weight.
The baby became ill. And to understand how quickly everything happened: In the morning it got bad, and at lunch he was gone.
The clinic began to invent some fairy tales that the kitten had developed distemper, and that the disease was either in his blood or that this infection was brought to him on shoes ... on SHOES!!!
There were other animals at home, none got sick !!!
Before the vaccination and anthelmintic, the baby was fine, with its small features due to the fact that his mother cat did not feed him, but no more! He was a very clever, kind, smart kid.
Beware! If the life of a pet is dear, don't set foot here!!!

I do not recommend this clinic to anyone, a veterinary clinic for animals. At the entrance to the store there are 3 uneducated girls who do not know about the goods being sold. There is no consultation on goods, before selling anything, you need a highly paid consultation from a veterinarian.
As a result, the set working time around the clock is also not correct.
The sale of feed, medicines, according to them, standing behind the counter, closes at 21.00, we arrived at 20.58, without arguing, turned around and left. Although humanity should be - the animal is ill.
Prices for everything are overstated by 20-25%!

Without explaining how kidney disease increases the amount of snot and the eyes can't go numb. They conduct the conflict masterfully and completely unemotionally. They are not trying to lower it, the main thing is to prove their case. When offered to return to direct duties and end the dispute, the conflict continues. At the end of the arguments, the secretary promised to refuse these "wonderful" services!All professional (in the sense of veterinary) speak in a patter, as if from a textbook.
