The dog is difficult (English Bulldog). They don't tolerate anesthesia very well. We were terribly worried when we were in this clinic for the first time (the endoscopist in ours was on vacation). But Alexander Alexandrovich (surgeon and anesthesiologist) and Bogdan Vitalievich (endoscopist) they coped brilliantly. The human attitude was especially striking. We were so comforted and supported.
