I signed up two cats for the complex in advance (express molting, claws and ears that were forgotten about) and warned that one of the pets was timid. We arrived on time, the dog was being cut in the salon at that time. How can you record cats and dogs at the same time!!!! They said that they would finish cutting it, then they would finish drying it. That is, in parallel with the cats.... I will not describe the whole process, but I will never lead again in my life, if you think that everything happens gently and tenderly, then stay to watch at least once, tails do not experience such stress even in a vet clinic: one compressor drying is worth it, if your cat is afraid of a vacuum cleaner, then it is 20 times worse and scarier. While the two masters were tormenting the kosheu with drying, they asked the administrator to wash the cat, and she packed up and went to smoke))) I had to wash it myself, I didn't let her wash it anymore. The cats were not completely dried, but this is more of a plus, not a minus. At the end of the procedures, I had to pay off, the administrator saw this and nevertheless continued to talk to some woman. She told me the amount of 100 rubles., without even turning her head in my direction. The receipt was not given and was not punched at the cash register. I really regret that I did not send the price list to look at and compare it with the services that were provided. But I was stressed, no less than the cats. In fact, there is even a lot of one star in this "knacker's shop ". I did not see competence and professionalism. I regret that I did not immediately leave as soon as I saw the dog and the offer to perform grooming at the same time.
