On December 5, we went to the clinic after a Yorkshire Terrier puppy (6 months old) fell. We made an appointment with a surgeon, but in fact the appointment was conducted by a therapist. I found out about it only a week later at a repeat appointment. They X-rayed him, diagnosed him with a bruise, and advised him to limit his mobility and watch for lameness. After a week, it became noticeable that the pelvis looked asymmetrical. We went to another clinic. According to the pictures from Dogma, the fracture was obvious when compared with a healthy paw, which the surgeon clearly showed me. After filing a complaint with Dogma, we were offered a free re-X-ray. In the new image, the gap was already much larger. The surgeon confirmed that the fracture could have been seen on the first X-ray, but it was "not so obvious." The clinic refused to admit the mistake. Due to the loss of time, the puppy eventually needed surgery. According to other experts, with timely diagnosis, intervention would not be necessary at all. As a "compensation", they offered a 10% discount on the operation, which, after the loss of trust, looks formal and unconvincing. It was a very difficult experience: lost time, deterioration of the animal's condition and an operation that could have been avoided. The clinic does not take responsibility for its decisions.
