I constantly purchase products from this store. I would like to wish the seller Yana to be more customer-oriented. Otherwise, you are constantly being ignored, you say what you need to buy, and in response there is a minute of silence, then raising your head with a displeased expression on your face and then there is some kind of response with the most dismissive boorish tone. When you walk into a store and say "hello" to a person and go down the list, you want the same attitude in return, which is simply called human politeness.
