Very well, I was in many stores in the city, I stopped at this, because high-quality selection, most sellers with not a little experience, I witnessed how a specialist let a client go in front of me in 2 minutes, giving all the details from memory (consumables). The only negative is a very frequent rush hour. You can stand for 10-15 minutes, once I stood for 25 minutes to a certain seller, I had a list of parts for the motor in front of me, but this is rather even a plus (not just like that, everyone goes here). A huge selection of small things, which is expanding. Very reasonable prices. Sellers offer options to choose from according to the price range, help with the choice - based on the experience of other customers. Strictly my opinion - 10 out of 5!

To be fair, they always call back, but usually they don't need to. The biggest plus is the very short delivery time. If you need it urgently, it's important.

As a result, when the order arrived, it turned out that the rear pads were put in a box with the inscription "front pads", that is, I received two identical sets. To change now and wait again for a month or two - there is neither time nor patience. It is better to pay more elsewhere, but get the right product on time. Also, as people wrote below, there are big problems with queues, servicing people. The only pleasant thing is the prices, but is it worth it?

A defective Bosch detonation sensor was sold at the end of February 2023. On March 3, 2023, I returned the sensor with filling out a quality control coupon (number 579) to be sent for examination to the manufacturer and told to call in 2 weeks, then a month later, then call every week. It doesn't fit in any gate! Two and a half months are fed with promises. They refuse to return the money for the marriage. If you have a conscience, please return the money for the part or order a working one instead. My quality control coupon number is 579.

At the expense of queues, as soon as you get there, there is a huge number of waiting customers, so without queues, no matter how, given the square footage of the room and the number of staff, the guys will rake in all 300%. I strongly recommend it. I really want to put 1, so that sometimes I just don't stand in line))) Although I doubt that this would have affected the number of customers for the worse.

On July 25, I turned to the seller with a selection of rems. a set for the rear beam to the Peugeot 206, the seller by wine.I typed the code into the computer program, where the rear beam was highlighted. I pointed with my finger at the drawing of the necessary notes.I said that I needed 2 sets of bearings, two end tubes per beam. the seller wrote everything down and assured me that the spare parts would be delivered on July 27. after a while, the seller called me and said that it was necessary to make an advance payment in the amount of 43 rubles. Which I did. On July 27, after a call from the store, I came for spare parts and was shocked when they brought me a torsion shaft, which was out of the question, and three sets of bearings, as it turned out later, too, of the wrong size. It seems that the store is staffed not by specialists, but by consultants.

I took it away without asking, I waited for a while, I couldn't stand it, I said to return the money and they tell me what and for what, after an hour and a half they figured it out, I ask who is to blame for the mistake and will pay, the buyer replied it's just terrible, I think they should pay for their mistakes.
