The clinic left an extremely unpleasant impression. There is only one employee at the reception, and there are a lot of people. No one controls the queue, everyone passes randomly, there is no order. There was no one at the cash register at all — I had to look for staff to pay for the reception. All this creates a feeling of chaos and a complete lack of customer orientation. Time is wasted, the atmosphere is nervous, and no one is clearly thinking about patient comfort. I won't come and advise anyone else. Only the ultrasound technician is cool

Today's visit to this clinic caused extreme indignation. Dr. O has demonstrated a complete lack of basic respect for the patient, which is unacceptable for a medical professional. Communication at the reception is formal, cold, without a hint of participation or politeness. There is a feeling that the patient is a hindrance, and not a person who has come for help. I would especially like to draw the attention of the clinic administration to the need to familiarize the staff with the basics of medical deontology and the norms of ethical behavior. This approach violates the standards of medical ethics and completely undermines the credibility of the institution. After such an attitude, we strongly do not recommend visiting this clinic.
