We arrived with a dog in critical condition. 6.01.2025. I asked for an ambulance, but I suddenly felt sick. The admin said that the waiting time is 2-3 hours. On the fourth hour of waiting for the appointment, I couldn't stand it. We came from a village, 40 km away. Dozens of animals passed before us for vaccinations, checkups, and nail clipping. The admin "assessed" our condition, as expected. Does she have the appropriate education???
As soon as I started to resent the long wait, she immediately stated that the waiting time was 5-6 hours!!! And she warned me, and there are witnesses (the cashier). I asked if there were cameras. After that, we had a condition assessment done within 5 minutes. The dog was dying and died.
The attitude at the reception is egregious. There are simply no words.
