In May 2025, I made a request for hair transplantation via WhatsApp to the Clinic's Dock, and on the same day I received a detailed response with specific information on the cost and a further algorithm of actions. Then I took a break. And so, after several months of thinking and reviewing a large amount of material related to hair transplantation, I decided to fly to Istanbul. On 08/22/2025, I was met, settled in a hotel and later taken to a Clinic dock where I had a hair transplant on my head on the same day. The clinic, staff, and organizational service exceeded all my optimistic expectations. The teamwork of the entire clinic staff is visible. All the attention is on the patient from buying a plane ticket to the return transfer to the airport. The Russian-speaking translator girls are full-fledged participants in the entire transplant process, literally leading me by the hand throughout the clinic and keeping the whole situation under personal control! Thank you very much for this ! There are no deviations in terms of cost and organizational issues, as agreed, everything went well! For those who do not know that Russian bank cards do not work in Turkey. Take the cash. This is the only negative thing about my trip to get medical services at the Clinic Dock. But Natalia and Angela helped solve this problem. Thanks!
