I am very disappointed. I understand that a large flow of people and a barista cannot smile at everyone and be very friendly, but it is enough to be polite. There is an unpleasant aftertaste from communicating with your barista and there is no desire to return to this cafe. Moreover, I paid almost 20 rubles for a small coffee and a small piece of baking, I was a little surprised, but I thought that probably the taste would smooth out the cost. It turned out not to be... The pastry was wet from the bottom, and terribly dry from above, I don't know how long it lay there before I bought it. At such moments, you no longer want to eat it and there remains an extremely unpleasant feeling that makes you write reviews.

It is important to clarify that she changed her face even more and blurted it out aggressively, obviously freaking out. In a vulgar review, they talked about a large flow of people, in our case there were none at all and no one was rude to her. I hope that after this review, the service in your institution will become better. Naturally, no one ordered anything, so her rudeness also prompted her to write a negative review.

The place is so disappointing with its staff that it is even difficult to pay attention to the tasteless coffee. I have visited this institution several times. In the morning, when there was no queue, the girl was already apparently not in the mood to accept the order at least without negativity and passive aggression. This behavior was unexpected because I was talking politely.
On another weekday, I bought a cake (very beautiful and in general there are no complaints about desserts) and received the same service. I do not want to return to you, the spoiled mood has not been corrected with a cake)

The latte is just bitter, there are only three strawberries from the berry croissant at the top, and the bun with custard (although at a 30% discount) did not even contain a hint of custard (the barista explained that it was smeared around the edges and absorbed), so much so that it was not there)

This institution was very upset. I don't recommend it to anyone. Chocolate with a croissant, like with chocolate butter from childhood. In addition to this, there is little of it there. The croissant was not fresh . They took it with mango passion fruit, it was impossible to eat it. No wonder the girl offered to warm it up, probably to make it softer. It was necessary to eat exactly half to make the filling appear. The price does not match the quality!

Не понравилось. Цена не соответствует качеству. Кофе маленькая порция и очень невкусный, горький. Брала американо с молоком. Привыкла, что у американо обычно вкус мягче, а тут противно, что живот сводит. Десерты вкусные, но цена так же завышена

Strange behavior of the barista (guy), speaks indistinctly, answers questions incomprehensibly. Desserts are not fresh. There is more oolong in a small teapot than there should be several times, which makes the taste bitter and tart.
