The food is very tasty, the owner is very attentive to the guests at the establishment, but the service is in very poor condition: we went to the establishment, waited about 10 minutes for the waiter to come, eventually went to call him ourselves. After we ordered the dish and waited for them for more than 20 minutes, we were not warned about the long service, we and another guest were sitting in the restaurant. The result was that 25 minutes after ordering, we called the receptionist ourselves (the waiters still didn't come up to us) and asked where our food was. As a result, it turned out that something in the kitchen was broken, and we didn't even start cooking it, but in order to resolve this conflict, we were offered to heat up the semi-finished products. There was no compliment or substitution of the dish, in total we spent about an hour of time, paid for the tea and left hungry and dissatisfied.
