There is a lot missing in terms of cleanliness. The hotel and its rooms are in disrepair. The price is called performance, but I think there is no service that meets the price. The location of the hotel, the physical structure, the sea are very, very beautiful, but it's a pity that they can't be evaluated. Much more attention should be paid to cleanliness, and the room bathrooms should definitely be renovated.

July 12-15 We stayed between the dates. Dec.12-15. If we were to sum up the hotel in one word, that word would be “sloppy”. Before booking, we called the hotel by phone and shared some comments that we were obsessed with, especially about hygiene. We met with a very reassuring lady on the phone and made the reservation when we were relieved. However, when we arrived at the hotel, we experienced with regret that despite carrying the Wyndham brand, our experiences did not coincide with the ones described. Cleanliness and Room Condition: When we entered our room on the first day, we encountered serious problems with cleaning. The toilet, shower and sink seemed to have not been cleaned; there were screws and buckles in the shower, there were gray stains on the toilet seat. The furniture was dusty, the shower gel and shampoo containers were completely empty. We communicated this situation four times (by telling the floor attendant, calling on the phone twice and going to the reception). Finally, someone came, but he only did a superficial cleaning, we had to clean it ourselves. On the second day, we asked for our room to be cleaned and towels to be renewed. Cleaning had been done, but no towels had been left. We especially wanted bath towels, head towels and floor towels. 2 large towels were sent, the others did not arrive. Despite reminding us a few more times, the deficiencies have not been corrected. We reported, this time the shower products were filled in the sink, the sink was filled with a soap mixture, we cleaned it. On the third day, we had to buy all the towels ourselves in order not to experience this situation again. Hot water did not flow in the shower at first; it was later realized that the valve was closed, and when it was opened, it improved. The shower was pleasant, but such technical details should have been checked before the guest arrived. We had preferred a room with a sea view, the view was very beautiful, but the windows were so dirty that we could not fully enjoy this beauty. Staff: The staff was generally well-intentioned. In particular, there were employees who tried to respond patiently to our requests. However, it was felt very clearly that they were insufficient in numbers. It was not pleasant for some of the staff to express their tiredness and lack of morale in front of the guests. As someone who came to take a vacation, we also experienced moments when we felt guilty. These are things we don't want to hear as guests. There is a good intention, but the language of communication can disturb the guest from time to time. Food and Breakfast: Although the food was not exceptional, it was acceptable in terms of taste. There were not many varieties in the main dishes, but the basic varieties were offered and overall it was satisfactory. There was a similar situation at breakfast. However, it can be difficult to find a table in the shade during rush hours, you may have to wait or sit in the sun. Sea, Beach and Common Areas: The sea was really beautiful. The beach area was more organized than the hotel as a whole. The sunbeds were old, but they worked. In the common areas, a general lack of care was felt. General Assessment: The sea, location and view of the hotel are absolutely very good. However, there are serious shortcomings in terms of cleanliness, organization and service standard. When evaluated in terms of price-performance, if you keep your expectations low, “including food, let me have a vacation in a beautiful sea view location” can be preferred if you say. But if you have a certain expectation of comfort, hygiene and professionalism, it may not satisfy. What is sad for us is that this sloppiness in basic services came to the fore despite the hard work of the staff. We are not planning to choose it again, but if improvements are made, it may be a high-potential facility.

The location is very nice,the surroundings are great.Transportation is easy.The sea is beautiful.The pools are amazing.The business is a disgrace.Cleanliness is zero.The landscape is bad.(as if abandoned without care,as if it does not belong there)derelict.The food is bad.Breakfast is bad.There are bagels,cakes and bread. it's like they were specifically searched for and taken🫣They're not delicious at all,like dough.I stayed for 4 days, I asked my room to be cleaned 3 times, it was not cleaned.All the guests were unhappy.This is a disgrace with your money.my 4 days passed as a nervous one, we paid in advance, we couldn't get out.We did not have lunch or breakfast at the hotel.It was disgusting on sunbeds on the beach,It was extremely dirty.the coast was in disrepair.I am sorry to the employees,complaints are being made to them, there is no solution for the solution.
