A nice and inexpensive swimming pool. Of the cons: there are a lot of people in the evenings, but at lunchtime it is quite free, you can swim without overtaking the "buoys".
On the plus side: You can get a subscription not only in the first / last days of the month, which made me very happy. There are places to dry your hair, you can play table tennis. There are places in the parking lot in 95% of cases.

This is the place where I can physically relax for my own pleasure. What a former athlete needs is a sports complex in any form. Do any kind of physical activity, regardless of age. Be healthy, take care of yourself.
