I leave a review as the recipient of the bouquet: I was completely confused by such a "surprise"! For those who didn't understand what was in the photo (I also didn't understand at first): this is a rose whose bud was held on a toothpick/stick. And honestly, as far as I'm concerned, this quality of colors overrides all good opinions about this place. I'm not in favor of avoiding this place in any way. Rather, for no one else to receive such a thing, and even more so for such money. I hope my feedback will be noticed and heard.

I ordered a bouquet for March 8th, with a note to deliver in the morning from 8-10. They replied that the delivery would only be in the evening. He offered to deliver it to a friend. To which they replied that they had already ordered delivery for the evening. In the evening, the girl was already out of town. As a result, it was delivered on March 9th. What was the problem with ordering Yandex delivery??? Their delivery cost 12 rubles. Even with the workload on March 8th, the issue could easily be resolved. I do not recommend this store
