I leave a review as the recipient of the bouquet:
I was completely confused by such a "surprise"!
For those who didn't understand what was in the photo (I also didn't understand at first): this is a rose whose bud was held on a toothpick/stick.
And honestly, as far as I'm concerned, this quality of colors overrides all good opinions about this place.
I'm not in favor of avoiding this place in any way. Rather, for no one else to receive such a thing, and even more so for such money.
I hope my feedback will be noticed and heard.

I ordered a bouquet for March 8th, with a note to deliver in the morning from 8-10. They replied that the delivery would only be in the evening. He offered to deliver it to a friend. To which they replied that they had already ordered delivery for the evening. In the evening, the girl was already out of town. As a result, it was delivered on March 9th. What was the problem with ordering Yandex delivery??? Their delivery cost 12 rubles. Even with the workload on March 8th, the issue could easily be resolved. I do not recommend this store

I leave a review as a recipient. The bouquet of roses wilted the next day. My husband always orders from another place, but now I don't know why, he ordered here. I definitely do not recommend buying flowers in this store. My bouquets always last 5-10 days, but here on the second day the roses turned into a dry broom. I'm attaching a before/after photo, so to speak.

I rarely write negative reviews, but there is a need here. I think it would be right to attach a photo of expectation /reality, so as not to be unfounded. Instead of a beautiful delicate bouquet, we received some kind of broom.
If they knew that it would not be possible to collect such a bouquet, they could have warned about it, for the same amount I would have ordered a bouquet of ordinary roses.

Excellent flower shop, reasonable prices, lower prices in the city. Bouquets are made quickly. I've ordered there a lot of times. The only thing is, when ordering, if the pickup is 5% discount from the price and this information is on the website, so how many times I didn't pick up, they forget to take into account the discount all the time. I have to remind you about this discount, I would like not to focus on it. So please, when people pick up the flowers themselves, take into account the discount.

If you are going to order flowers in Mogilev, I recommend using another service. The courier was two hours late, which is already reported upon the fact of being late. TP is absolutely useless.

We ordered the bride's bouquet from the photo and the boutonniere. We arrived on the wedding day, and we were shocked by what we saw. The bouquet looks like a broom, completely unlike the photo, as if it has lichen, it is not very neatly assembled, as if it was collected for love. And after we saw the boutonniere, to which we made fasteners on the front side.... Terrible attitude to customers, the bouquet was redone for us: it turned out to be more or less normal, but in the end we lost almost an hour ...
I will not contact this organization anymore and I do not advise you.

There was a gift - a bouquet of 31 roses of high value. The store delivered a bouquet of stale "very drunk" roses! Already, some of the buds were already lowered, the leaves and petals of the roses were dried up. The bouquet was "decorated" with stale roses. Not a bouquet of long, gorgeous roses, but a "broom"! The next day, the flowers completely dropped their buds and the leaves dried up.
I shouldn't have taken this broom from the courier, but I didn't say "keep it as a gift", I didn't demand a bouquet of proper quality or a refund!
It is an understatement to say that "the quality does not match the cost of bouquets."
The store "throws well for money"!
My advice to others is not to place an order in this store or demand due consideration in this case!!!

The service is on the level, but the execution is... flowers wither quickly, okay, business, you won't really believe from another country or city, and you understand why, but when you send them the same bouquet in the catalog, ask them to repeat, they tell you that yes, maybe they choose disgusting color combinations, the bouquet becomes completely different from the source, and you pay immediately the whole amount at once... I really do not recommend their delivery. Maybe with a personal choice of colors, everything happens differently, but the delivery work is disgusting.

Briefly about customer orientation. Two of the three bouquets were not in the same color scheme that I asked for. They blamed the delivery guy (it would have been fine if they had mixed up the places, but I asked for a completely different color scheme).
