My husband decided to surprise me and ordered a bouquet and a Scandinavian cake here, in general it was so pleasant and unexpected! The flowers are simply amazing – fresh, lush, beautifully assembled, it's even a pity that they don't last forever. Florist Olga is a real pro, you can see what she does with her soul. The service is also excellent, everything is fast and polite. The only thing that made me a little sad was that there weren't exactly the colors my husband had chosen, but he was offered a decent replacement, so it didn't spoil the impression. Well, the cake... mmm, with salmon is generally unusual, but very tasty! 😊

The first order, the roses did not arrive fresh, on the first day the rose dropped its head, although immediately after arrival they put it in the water, cut it off, and stood in a cool place.
The second order was not delivered at all, with the words "oh, sorry, the courier's car broke down, wait another hour." Neither a call nor a message, if he had not written it himself, they would not have reacted. Wasted time, expectations, and broken plans. I do not recommend such a service, where they cannot even notify you in a timely manner.

We are very disappointed.We ordered a bouquet for the anniversary on August 27, the next day the flowers were not recognized, wilted, new buds did not open., today they were thrown out. There was a similar situation with several bouquets of tulips ordered from the same company on March 8, then I thought..It 's just bad luck..It can be seen that the flowers were not fresh at first. There are 2 other bouquets at home, bought in other flower shops..everything is fine. It's very sad, of course

Bad. It is indicated that they can deliver beyond the MKAD. You place an order, wait 30 minutes for a call to find out that they deliver only 2-3 km beyond the MKAD. You offer to pay 20-30p extra for delivery 7 km from the MKAD and still refuse. I just lost time.
