As a result, the photo was not accepted.They didn't even tell me how to face down or up. In general, I won't go there anymore. Maybe they do the rest well, but the photo should be taken by a person who knows a lot about it. After all, photos for documents are not taken for one day. If the photo was not accepted, I think it says a lot.

It was necessary to sew a graduation project, they offered this option of stitching as in the photo, not in a book, but on a thread. As a result, they were sewn as crookedly as possible. Everything is visible in the photo. Complete horror. As they say, there is nowhere without a file and sandpaper. And the most annoying thing is that I wanted to change it into a book, but it is no longer possible, since the holes said will be visible. Bottom line, I do not advise hemming here! Throwing 30 rubles away is just a waste, then there are a lot of problems on your head, how to fix it all.

The employee said, "this is because you needed us to go to the site to download the object for printing, and so the printout would cost 28 kopecks per sheet," although in total we spent 20 seconds downloading the file. Well, anyway, a favor is a favor. I said that it would be possible to warn, to which the employee replied that yes, it would be possible (then why didn't he warn?!). It's a small thing, but an opinion about the place is formed from such things. This is the same as not warning the customer about paid delivery, but asking for money after the fact. Otherwise, the service was performed as it should have been.
