The photo center itself may not be bad, BUT WHAT ARE THE PRICES FOR PRINTING?! Print 1 color document (blue print only)) it costs 3.5rubles on plain paper. I have my own MFP and I understand how much per printout. Even add taxes, PO, rent and utilities))) I printed it out elsewhere for 1p per copy.

I turned to the dolphin in ALMI on Dzerzhinsky. The request is to print 20 pages (10-color, 10chb) in a word document everything is fine, nothing flew off, I asked to check everything specifically, then the guy working at the printing center translated the document into pdf and printed it, the text moved out, of course it turned out to be complete nonsense, although in the word document that I provided, everything remained in its place. For the corrected pages in the pdf, for "editing" I was charged an additional fee, for printing new pages I was charged an additional fee, although the injustice is obvious here, at least I had to reprint only the first 5 pages (and 2 of them were in color). In response to my attempt to figure out the situation, the sales guy began to raise his voice and get hysterical. As a result, I gave 40p for 20 pages. I just wanted to get away from this terrible situation as soon as possible. Moreover, the B/w pages are of terrible quality, the letters are vague. I definitely advise you not to apply here.

The photo was not accepted at the visa application center, because the quality of the shooting is completely unsuitable: flat gray faces that do not look like themselves. The child got one cheek bigger than the other. When they took the photo, they paid attention to it, but they did not think that even at the visa application center they would get used to it. Absolutely not professional in terms of photography. I understand that this is not a portrait art shoot, but not to the same extent! Even retouching didn't help here, although the photographer said he would fix all the joints...

Last year I printed postcards at a point in the Crown, only three, not a print run. The seal is disgustingly dark. There is no designer paper for such cases, I agreed to just a thick 250, but the look from the print quality and from the paper was very deplorable. They also cut it completely crookedly...three postcards. Although I asked you to try to be smoother, it's not that the cutting error was 1-3 mm, there was almost a cm of excess. I had to go to redo it in a normal printing house. This year I decided to give a second chance. I sent the file, there were two girls in front of me, they were printing a large print run, I stood for more than half an hour. New Year's Eve, there are no questions about waiting so long. But in the end, they told me that they couldn't print the file because they were supposedly tickets. The female employee is not to blame for anything, she consulted with the management. So, the guide, if you have never been to the theater, then each ticket has a detachable spine, a qr code and a barcode, and I made my own layout myself (by the way, taking into account your printing requirements) as a gift for the new year, naturally without all this. Waiting half an hour to be sent is powerful! The feeling that you are a criminal who wants to resell several pairs of tickets did not bring joy either, thank you! Also the printing claims. Your website has information on layouts, so why don't you print files from Coreldraw if your instructions on the website indicate that you accept files in cdr? In the end, we couldn't print a layout with cut-off labels so that I could cut the tickets myself exactly. As a result, do I need to bring you the layout at all, or is it already with departures and indents? Only jpegs can be printed every time, and the quality and color suffer from this too. As a result, my mood has been spoiled for the second YEAR. If the printing had been done from Coreldraw, your employee could easily have marked the edges before printing the file, moreover, the cdr file was in the letter and they didn't even try to open it. Jpeg was uploaded, equalized, and printed without labels on an A4 sheet (and no, they didn't crop it in A4, the sheet immediately fit from the printer into an A4 document file), although normal printing houses use a different size SRA3 or SRA4 to print such layouts, and just with labels cut off (sheets for this and they are designed so that, in addition to the printed part of the layout itself, the labels can be seen), even double or single. I asked for it to be printed with labels, and I repeated twice that there are departures in cdr and jpeg, but I don't think they understood me at all. Moreover, the printer prints poorly, stripes are visible, plus there was a splash of paint on one of the tickets, but this defect is not too noticeable due to the layout, where there is a Christmas tree with lights and sparks. I also printed out an A4 sheet on 80 grams plain white paper (by the way, the cdr was also attached), it was already a different printer, and the white clean background was dotted (it was printed as if there was such a background fill in the layout). I just didn't pay attention to it, because it didn't matter, and Coreldraw certainly wouldn't have printed it that way, but only a third-party program from a jpeg file. Their response only proved incompetence and poor quality of work.
