We had a family vacation at the Dolphin Hotel on the first coastline for 9 days in August 2025. A transfer met us at the railway station and also escorted us back. We were 100% satisfied with the rest. The room we stayed in is equipped with absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay. The room was cleaned every day. To the sea, a 3-minute walk at a leisurely pace, the water is clean, there is a small cafe on the beach with delicious pizza and cold beer. Separately, I would like to focus on the hotel's own dining room: the food is for every taste and age, always delicious and cooked with a soul, homely (special thanks to Albina for this), khachapuri was especially gorgeous. Many thanks to Denis, the hotel administrator, who was always in touch and provided great tours of Abkhazia. We definitely recommend this hotel! Abkhazia and the Dolphin Hotel are the best place to relax!

We stayed with the children at the hotel for 9 days in August 2025. We were warmly welcomed at the train station and escorted off at the end of the rest. We settled in quickly. The hotel is located in the private sector, which is very suitable for lovers of quiet and relaxing holidays. The city is a 15-minute walk away, 200 rubles by taxi to the center. There are two beaches within a 10-minute walk: wild and nearby equipped Delmar. The water in the sea is the purest. The pebbles are not large. Along the way there is a grocery store and a stall with delicious factory Sukhumi beer. The hotel has a swimming pool and sun beds, many beautiful trees and ornamental shrubs. A dining room with a varied menu (opening hours from 8-22). The barbecue area (the actual caught fish was cooked there on sea fishing). The Wi-Fi is working fine. We lived in a house on the second floor. The rooms are decorated in bright colors. pleasant atmosphere. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay: refrigerator, kettle, table, air conditioning, iron, dryer, wardrobe, safe, good mattresses. The hotel offers excellent excursions, which we certainly took advantage of. I would like to express my gratitude to all the staff of the Dolphin Hotel! Kristina and Denis (hotel administrators) - you are the best! The girls in the dining room are the magicians of culinary art! Thank you girls for professional, fast and frequent cleaning! Nice hotel, friendly staff, but the rooms are not large and not well planned, there are not enough outlets. We lived in a separate house on the 2nd floor. The Wi-Fi is bad, there are few outlets, there is no room in the tub, the beach is not far away, but dirty and smelly. The on-site cafe is very good. There is a separate toilet, tables inside with air conditioning and outside under umbrellas, plenty of space, quiet. Very tasty food, a large menu. In particular, I recommend Thai salad and khachapuri in Ajarian style. The staff in the kitchen is very pleasant. I only advise you to have small bills with you, there was not always change. Lots of bakals for all kinds of drinks.

But it is located in the private sector, so the surroundings are depressing: most of them are shabby houses and fences, abandoned plots, cows and their cakes walking everywhere, dogs barking under the windows until morning, the road is broken.... From the advantages: there is a swimming pool on the territory, a dining room with an extensive menu and prices lower than in a cafe in the city. The food is mostly delicious, but there are setbacks (peppered, overcooked) ... The nearest beach is a little more than 10 minutes on foot, to a well-maintained one - 15. You have to walk to the beach along the side of a busy highway, there are no sidewalks. There's trash and broken glass where the paths are. Delmar beach is very pleasant and clean. There is a cafe-bar, a chaise longue - 300 rubles., with a mattress - 400 rubles. There is an option to rent a bungalow without a time limit from 1,500 to 2,500 rubles (without and with maintenance, respectively)

I recently stayed at the Dolphin for a couple of days on a business trip. The rooms are well maintained, clean, smell fresh, the beds are comfortable, toiletries and slippers are of good quality. An excellent hotel and its territory with a swimming pool, barbecue area and tables under umbrellas. Olga Vladimirovna, a very pleasant, friendly hostess, promptly helped us with all questions and requests. THANKS a LOT to her for that! The entire hotel staff is also wonderful. Administrators Kristina and Denis - well done! The cleaning girls do their job 110%! There is a home-made dining room on the territory of the hotel, with dishes of the level of a good cafe, you can also buy drinks: min.water, lemonades, beer, as well as delicious cakes of your own production. I was pleased with the washing machine in the toilet . Salvation. There is a swimming pool for both children and adults. Clean. Not far from the very steep Delmar beach. I recommend it with children. In general, I have a pleasant impression of Sukhum. An average taxi fare is 200 rubles to the center .

The rooms are excellent, the bed, towels (3 pieces per person) are snow-white.They are changed every 3 days. 2 Shampoo,gel,balm,soap,toothbrush,toothpaste are all there. 3.Hair dryer,electric kettle. 4. There is a swimming pool on site, but we only swam a couple of times, since we were in the second half of September, there was a lot of rain and the water was cold. The pool is clean. The staff is good, the administrator Denis will tell you everything and tell you. The rooms are cleaned every day, linen and towels are often changed. The rooms have a dryer, you can dry your clothes on the balcony. The only thing would be more convenient for me if there was also a basin so that I could wash some small things. There is a paid laundry service. The territory has its own dining room, which is a huge plus. The food is all delicious. The menu was too big, on the first day I tried to read it, but I abandoned this idea, and only then they immediately asked Lyubov Pavlovna what to order. Lyubov Pavlovna is our separate love))) Sooooo sincere, a wonderful woman, and she will feed you delicious and interesting to talk to. She has a separate respect. There is also a barbecue area with a table, sink, dishes, barbecue facilities. By the way, there is a kettle and mugs in the rooms, they told us the water was from the well, it can be drunk, they poured it into the kettle, they drank tea all right. There is also a hair dryer, quite normal, not from these hotel rooms, which burn everything in their path. There is an iron and ironing board. In the bathroom there were toothbrushes with a small paste, shower gel, shampoo and balm (all mini versions), I can't say if they are added as they are used, we had it all our own. In general, everything is fine with the organization. Thanks to the owners for this. I think the hotel is more suitable for families with children, for a more relaxing holiday. Well, the main thing is to be lucky with the neighbors))

There were four of us, two women and two girls, so there were two rooms. Each bedroom has a TV, air conditioning. Bathroom and toilet, accessories. It's so clean and cozy. Everything you need for us: refrigerator, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, wardrobe, safe. Bed linen is changed every three days, towels every other day. Cleaning rooms and taking out garbage daily. Kristina asked us daily how we were doing, if everything was fine. She will sign us up for the tour herself, transfer the payment, the excursion transfer goes to the hotel and takes us back to the hotel. The food at the hotel is very tasty, the girls cooks cooked according to our order, always fresh pastries, homemade compote with fresh fruits. The people are friendly. Every year the hotel is transformed not only from the outside, but also from the inside. We rested at the Dolphin Hotel at the end of August 2022. I really liked the room and the hotel in general. The room is cleaned every day, the territory is always clean. Great pool, it was always clean too. There is food on site, they cook delicious, homemade. Separately, I would like to mention Kristina, the hotel manager, always friendly, always answered all questions with a smile, helped with excursions, with calling a taxi. This is one of the best places we've been in the last few years. A solid 5 plus. Thank you for a great stay!

A great guest house! Very clean on site and in the rooms. The furniture is fresh, the bed linen and towels are too. The hosts and the administrator are always ready to help, answer all questions that arise. In the cafe on the territory, they feed quite tasty for reasonable money.
