This was explained to us by the fact that they have 4 managers and someone else agreed with us, but what difference does it make to me, I have the fact of approval and confirmation of housing on the booking! Next, we are offered another apartment. I haven't seen such ruined apartments for a long time. The furniture was stripped, the floors, everything was dirty and broken, and the mattress looked like you were sleeping on springs. I'll attach all the photos. The apartment is terribly smoky. How do you give it to people in general? We had no choice, we had to check in quickly and go about our business. So even when we were moving out, they went to check "Because they lived there with a dog." Yes, your apartment has caused damage to my dog rather than her! Why do you even consider moving in with pets? Yes, by agreement, which we did. Who are you coordinating with if a dog is 3 kg quote: "it will ruin the furniture" Terrible service, disgusting attitude towards the guests!
