A great option for a stopover in Minsk, if you are by car or without, private sector, quiet, quiet, 15 minutes to the center by car, there is a shop nearby, if necessary, you can order breakfast. We rented a room with a sauna and a swimming pool, everything was great, a clean, fresh room, a good bed, a refrigerator, a microwave, dishes, a kettle, and a stove were at our disposal, but we had a barbecue oven on site, we used it, the only thing you should take with you is coals and a light, on site if there is anything left from the residents. In general, there are no complaints, the staff is very friendly, the house is cozy, everything is very good, I recommend it!

We rented a room of 125 sq.m., it does not have a swimming pool, but it can accommodate a large company. It looks like the house was once someone's personal, the layout is strange in the end by numbers, but you can see what they did for themselves, for life, good expensive repairs, furniture. We felt very comfortable, close to the center, near the park, you can walk with the children.
One of the disadvantages is that since our bedroom was once a dining-living room, it is not provided to close the curtains from the light at night. And the trouble with all the places where they lived in Belarus is that there is no kondey. Well, is it really impossible to install an air conditioner for 11 thousand per night? The question is rhetorical, of course...

Cozy and clean rooms, sauna, kitchen (all at home), courteous staff. The surrounding area promotes relaxation of body and soul: an orchard, manicured lawns, flower beds, gazebos, barbecues, swings, a trampoline for children in season. Everything is fine!
