I was lost in memories when all cinemas had their own lobby with a winter garden, and different ones in different cinemas. The cash registers are in a separate room, just like in childhood. We were in the small hall, the screen, the sound, the chairs- everything is fine. Before the film, some kind of documentary short film was shown, which ended, a few seconds after we entered the hall, the cashier from whom we bought tickets saw it perfectly, but she took an additional fee for it, not expensive - 50 kopecks per person.

Terrible service! We came today with the children for a rare 3d session. As a result: the terminal does not work at the checkout, the seat selection board does not work. The tickets are handwritten without seats, which the cashier says can't be heard at all. I had to stand in a separate queue for the glasses because the ticket office did not sell glasses for the session, and this queue was huge and actually started from the very doors.

A pleasant and clean room with comfortable seats. There are 2 halls, one large and the other smaller. There is also a buffet on the 1st floor with various snacks and drinks. The only negative is that it's cold in the great hall, so it's better to dress warmly.
