I liked this place.
I was able to pick up laminate flooring in the house. I was lucky to do it in the spring of 22. At that time, there was uncertainty about the size of the rooms, which is why, later, some lacked a number of boards.
I liked the very affordable price and the professional and humane approach of the consultants.
I was honestly warned about the features of the product, and how to lay the laminate leveling all the shortcomings.
I came twice in more than a year, they changed the variety without any problems, offered different ways to report the edge of the room in the absence of my original laminate.
It was nice to communicate with professionals in their field (they suggested an identical brand and code of laminate from competitors to finish off the area), I learned a lot of all sorts of professional tricks on laminate, and got a cool German laminate in the house.

They do not sell leftovers for shares, but defective laminate! when we first arrived, we were surprised by the prices and assortment of German laminate, but it was stated that the prices are like this, since these are leftovers! The seller assured us that it is better to buy German for the stock, rather than Russian at the usual price! Actually, we bought it a couple of days later, we arranged delivery! We brought our laminate in 3 different types of boxes without identification marks (the manufacturer, color, NOTHING is written), we looked at what color fits and took it away. When the master laid the laminate, it turned out that in 4 out of 8 boxes there were stains on the laminate (they assumed that the paint would be erased), but we were mistaken! There were 13 spots out of 14m2 of laminate! It was a marriage. And unfortunately, sellers do not notify when buying that this laminate is not refundable!! I wrote to them personally on Viber with a photo of the spots in the hope that they would advise at least how to remove them, but silence in response!! I understand that our inattention also played a role here, but it feels like the employees of this store are counting on this! Professionalism and interest are at zero.

We bought laminate flooring for the bedroom. When buying, the seller did not warn about the presence of defects in this laminate. The cost was not important, they were looking for a certain color. If they had warned about marriage, they wouldn't even have thought about it. What a disappointment it was when the workers started laying this laminate. It took a lot of time and nerves to fix the marriage. Dancing with a tambourine.
Before paying, carefully examine the invoice and check with the seller for defects.
