It's a very nice building and a very cozy hotel. We stayed here for 1 night in a room with a terrace, and this is, of course, a special aesthetic pleasure. In fact, you can rent any room, the hotel has a courtyard and balcony galleries inside, in addition, there is a separate relaxation room. Despite the fact that the only thing left of the house is the ceilings and the terrace, carry out the reconstruction carefully. It is very interesting to walk around the hotel and look at everything.

When I approached Mirza Reza Khan's House in Borjomi, it was as if I had come to another time. Everything is surrounded by familiar Georgian cottages, park paths, and the smell of mineral water. And here is a turquoise-blue miracle with an oriental accent, subtle, elegant, and a little mysterious. The house appeared in 1892. It was erected by Mirza Reza Khan, the Iranian consul in the Caucasus. He named his cottage Firuza, which means turquoise in Persian. The architecture is amazing - as if the East embraced Europe. After the death of the owner, the house lived its own life: it was a hotel, then a sanatorium, now it has a hotel. Much has been lost, but the atmosphere remains. There is something rare about this house - a combination of oriental subtlety and Georgian warmth. He's not talking about luxury, but about feeling. About peace, about the very silence in which you can hear the breath of the past.
