During the dismantling, an iron visor was dropped from the sixth floor, no one was injured and the windows of the neighbors were not broken. They broke the new glass, forgot the spare parts for the windows, forgot the storm drain. We waited a couple of days until we arrived, replaced the glass. Management is not interested in customers, given the competition in this market.

With this approach to work, it is easier and more reliable to install the balcony yourself.
