A great shop has everything you need for building a house at some very reasonable prices.Staff are helpful.....until you have a problem. Then staff training is required. Unfortunately you have to deal directly with the Minsk office to get things rectified. This is not the fault of the local staff, more of a training issue.Senior management needs to look into this. All in all a good experience and would recommend the store.

After rearranging several departments, it became more pleasant to be inside, it became easier to search for the right goods. -1 star for the fact that there are sellers who show with all their appearance that they are not in the mood (although I waited for her for 20 minutes while they were looking for her all over the store in order to cut off an unfortunate meter of oilcloth). I wish there were fewer of them. But this week this unpleasant aftertaste was overshadowed by a consultant from the paint department, unfortunately I did not remember the name but... Well, he served me just fine, and told me, and showed me, and even helped me put it in the basket. All with feeling, sense and soul. I took everything I needed, of excellent quality and at a pleasant price. And I also want to note that even comparing with food organizations, this store is the cleanest.
