This is not the first time we have rested, we like everything: the staff, the food, and the rooms are always clean.
This year they decorated it very beautifully, cute little things, even made a New Year's composition on the bench, we took pictures everywhere ... but! The New Year's program is very weak this year! And that's putting it mildly. We were disappointed, but we hope that by next new year, you will finalize the program and we will have a great time)

The place is beautiful, near a river and a forest. The rooms in the cabins are double, one is normal in size, the second is too small (as if a second bed was pulled into a single room) and the bathroom is very small, which goes to 2 rooms.
The rooms in the hotel are civil, freshly renovated, a decent bathroom, it's better to settle there.
The cafe is ordinary, medium-sized.
The bathhouse is small, 4-5 people, the heat is good, the steam is dry.
In general, it's not bad, except for small rooms and bathrooms in 2-room cabins.

We had a vacation with friends during the New Year holidays. I liked everything very much. The staff was friendly, the food was delicious, the area was beautiful, everything was beautifully decorated. The rooms are cozy, the shower has clean towels and a gel shower, shampoos. The houses are excellent, in order, there is air conditioning. The food in the restaurant is very tasty and for a very pleasant price for the wallet. Belarusians are very hospitable. We were greeted with a loaf, bacon, cranberry tincture (juice for children). The holiday home is cozy, the staff is attentive and friendly. There were minor problems with the communal service, but the host party fixed them during the day and offered us a bonus in the form of spa treatments. .

I've rested here 2 times, a good place to reboot. For the second time, there were problems with the locks in the house and the TV did not work, but after contacting for 20 minutes, the problems were fixed. The food is delicious. If you cross the bridge to the sanatorium "Rudnya", you can buy in the store, although the choice is small. The only disadvantage is the SPA, as the opening hours are not indicated on the building. I found out about the procedures and prices on the Internet, but I couldn't get inside.

The conditions in the sleeping cabins are disgusting, nothing is cleaned, the garbage is not taken out. The shower rooms are fungal, the water doesn't go away, the plumbing is all running. They gave one star for the beautiful location of the recreation center. The most important thing is that when we moved into our house, the doors and furniture were covered in vomit, to put it mildly, we went to the reception, they told us to be patient until tomorrow and everything would be cleaned. Partially removed, the furniture remained in this terrible condition. We do not recommend staying in sleeping cabins, although the tour operator did not give us a choice. The broken locks were not repaired at our request either. And this is not only our opinion, but everyone who was settled in such houses!

A good place to visit, we went to Maslenitsa. We paid for the program. Everything that was on the street is included in the price, except souvenirs, of course. Everything in the buildings is at your own expense. So keep warm either by pouring outside, or by making tea/ coffee at your own expense. The program is interesting, you won't freeze if you don't sit. Dancing, contests, everything is great!

It's a great place. Cozy rooms, good furniture, bed linen, blankets, pillows. The room has air conditioning, TV, kettle. Two double rooms have a toilet and a shower. There is a spa complex, sauna, restaurant, bar on site. Well-maintained landscaped area, gazebos, benches, flower beds, equipped beach. I recommend it for recreation. I really liked it in early spring, I think it will be even more beautiful in summer.

Very tired houses. It seems like small things, but they really spoil the impression and mood. The bedside tables are almost all broken. The toilets are very tiny, the knees rest against the door. There's fungus in the showers. For squeamish people, it's just hell. Dirt, holes in the walls and ceilings. The paper tank is broken, and you have to lift the lid with your hands to throw out the paper. All this can be eliminated without great financial costs, but the management apparently does not care.

The most beautiful autumn landscapes adorn the sanatorium "Logoysky". I was on the territory of the sanatorium on contract construction issues. The lake is probably the main plus of the territory, as well as other places for leisure for vacationers are provided: a dance floor with a DJ area for street graffiti, a separate BAR with a terrace and a view of the lake, many separate gazebos with barbecue grills, sports areas, playgrounds.

There is no drinking water in the holiday home for vacationers. The guest houses are dirty and the cleaning is poor. Plumbing is not working, water is not leaving. There's mold in the shower. The recreation center is located in a picturesque place, near the sanatorium Rudnya. The territory of the base is improved, there are enough locations to take pictures and spend time. The garbage was not cleaned every day, some of the trash cans were overflowing. The cottage cleaning is terrible. Obviously, no one has looked under the bed and behind the sofa for a long time. The tulle was dirty. The site says that there is modern technology, but there was no microwave. I would like to have a paper towel in the kitchen (it is not provided, it is just a wish). There is no Wi-Fi. The plates were clean, but it would not hurt to wash them in the dishwasher, and not with soapy water, which was in the kitchen. The air conditioners were working properly, but the heated towel rail was not. It is necessary to take drinking water with you! The beach is clean, but there are snakes in the river. The menu in the restaurant is meager, but at reasonable prices. There is no online booking, everything must be done by phone. They called me back three times to find accommodation and dates. I won't say anything about the SPA, I haven't been. The price for the cottage is biting. And if the price was lower, then you could close your eyes to all the disadvantages, ask for the room to be cleaned every time, the heated towel rail was repaired, etc., and you could return. But I'm not going a second time. There are recreation centers and sanatoriums in the country with better service and lower prices. A star for choosing a picturesque place, the second for a beautiful well-groomed territory, the third for the bartender for modest, but delicious cocktails

There are still plenty of entertainment, but they are only for summer. The children also liked it very much, a great playground. The cabins have everything you need, even slippers, which is very unexpected for a beltourist))
I was also struck by the responsive staff, they respond to any request, even the most idiotic.

We rested in January in cottage # 2, so the review will be about winter holidays.
Of the cons: we did not expect that it would be so cold on the ground floor, it was possible to be only in outerwear and shoes. It is warm on the second bedroom floor, the air was quickly heated by air conditioners.
In the sauna located nearby, the same situation is in the recreation room, it is very cold. Perhaps the houses are more designed for summer holidays. Tap water is of poor quality. There is a spa on the territory of the complex, but the work schedule is unclear, it was announced from 9 to 18, but they never got there, 4.01 was closed. They clarified about 5.01 - they said they still do not know whether it will work.
Positive: a beautiful place in the forest, pines, a river, a snowball, just a fairy tale. The cottage itself is all made of natural wood, cool lamps, original wiring, bed linen as in the best hotels in the world) The kitchen has everything you need: a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishes. The house is adjacent to a very comfortable barbecue area. There is a restaurant and a bar on site, we took breakfast, inexpensive.
In general, I liked everything, the only thing is that in winter it is better to warn residents that it will be cold in certain houses so that they prepare or book other places in the complex.

We held a corporate party, we liked everything, it is clear that there is another program at the corporate party. The territory is large, there are houses for rent with different rooms along it. We had an economy room, nothing superfluous: 2 beds, 2 bedside tables, a wardrobe, a table, chairs, a small refrigerator, a TV, a toilet, a washbasin, a shower. There is a bar, an excellent sports ground (artificial turf, football, basketball, volleyball), a rope town, a dining room, a small beach with the opportunity to swim (closed at night), gazebos, a sauna, a pond and possibly something else. Everything is nice and neat, the tracks. I liked the food, everything is delicious.
Conclusion: I liked everything, you can have a great time.

The place is interesting, very beautiful nature is nearby.
But there are not enough activities on the territory. Frankly, there is nothing to do if you come for more than a day.
The houses are quite close to each other, this interferes with a secluded rest. People who rent outdoor gazebos and make the whole complex listen to their loud music is a separate conversation.
Moreover, there are no toilets on the territory (only in the bar, restaurant), so we repeatedly observed how "cultured" vacationers went to the toilet just behind the gazebo…

We were staying in a new junior suite hotel. I liked everything, but there are a number of minor flaws that I think will be corrected over time. But the most inconvenient thing was that the water did not go away in the shower at all, since there was no inclination to the drain hole at all. And the water was standing. Special thanks to Sharpie, so it seems to be the name of the attendant at the hotel. A very friendly, forgetful, pleasant person, you could make any request. There is an exit to the lake, steps. The bridge, but why didn't they clean the lake in this place, it was a very unpleasant view, only a swan decorated the dirty water. The restaurant does not pull at the title of a restaurant in any way, the choice of dishes was minimal. But they weren't hungry. The weather was good and we walked around the territory a lot. Everything is very beautiful, and the houses, and the paths, and spacious, and the forest is right there. Very clean. We are thinking of coming back in a couple of years and seeing what has changed.
