Stunning views from the room from any floor.
The food is simple but delicious.
I would like the dining room itself to be more comfortable, but it has its own charm- like I returned to the past on a time machine.

The suites are gorgeous, everything is new, the mattresses are comfortable, and they are spacious in size, like a two-bedroom apartment.
If you do not suffer from social phobia, then this is a great place for a carefree vacation.

It's an amazing place. We spent more than a week in Solnechny. Only positive emotions remained.
The rooms are new, clean, with beautiful views from the balcony.
The food is very tasty and varied.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
The holiday home is still in the process of renovation, repairs are underway in some places, and there is dust. But this does not spoil the overall impression in any way.
Sunny has become one of my favorite vacation spots.

A wonderful holiday home!!! Soviet times, which is being intensively repaired and updated!!! The rooms are fresh, clean, with air conditioning and TV. Cleaning is regular! And what a view from the balcony😍the food is delicious, varied, food for all tastes will find something to eat for children, adults and the elderly! There is billiards, a gym, a bar, a convenience store, and massage. The territory is huge! All rooms have a sea view, and on the other side there is a rock that was "eaten" by a real jungle!!!!!! We had a summer vacation in June 2024 (we went to a competition with a team). The place is nice, the staff is friendly, the food is delicious. The place is not bad in general, at the expense of repairs, it is not very good here: different names are scratched on the bedside tables, railings and many other places, for example: Alice Ivanova 2005, the bed linen is not comfortable and like paper, it was obviously washed many times, the ceiling collapsed on the bed in our room, not much stuff woke up The Turk. We flew to Solnechny on May 9th, 2025
Not far from the border, the hotel is in the mountains, the view from the window is amazing, all rooms are on the same side, they are being renovated. We lived on the 3rd floor, the room is new, but the cleaning wants the best.
Hotel: reception on the 3rd floor, the first floor is a shop and access to the sea, goes down the steps, on the right there is an elevator to the sea. The second floor has a medical center, the 6th floor has billiards, it needs renovation, but you can play.
Take a walk through the floors, there is something on each floor, the gym is new. cinema -animation in season, bar.
Dining room on the 11th floor, by time. If for a fee, then breakfast, lunch and dinner for 400₽
Food : you won't stay hungry, salads, meat, tea, coffee, sometimes fish and pastries.
Number: brand new, all rooms have a balcony, the water is hot in a thin trickle and there is a problem with it, I had to go to the reception that there are no mountains of water. Hair dryer, iron on request at the reception. Cleaning, just the name, although it didn't bother much. Electricity is sometimes turned on, Wi-Fi is working everywhere, even on the beach. If the laundry service is 300₽ up to 3 kg.
Excursions: it's very expensive from the guide, it's cheaper on Avito, but we rented a car, bought a local SIM card for 200 rubles, unlimited Internet for 1250rubles, fished everywhere, even in the mountains. If you go everywhere by yourself, all the roads are good, the navigator worked, almost all the sights are on the road, the road is almost always along the sea. New Athos and caves, see the schedule and days - beautiful and interesting. From Athos to Sukhum it takes 30 minutes by car, if by car, then it is possible in one day. Keep up to speed, otherwise there will be a surprise at the post, there will be a fine immediately. Sukhum is not very good for me
Lake Ritsa is a nature reserve, the road is very beautiful, better than the lake, parking is paid everywhere and food is not cheap, in all cities it is not cheap, travel 700rubles to the reserve.It's worth it. Gagara is a beautiful walk, if there are no cars, go out on the road there are Gagra buses, raise your hand and you will be stopped for 200 rubles per person from the hotel to Gagra, where you say, they will stop there. There is only one road, a restaurant, a colonnade, an embankment, everything is nearby.
I liked the hotel, the nature is great, I didn't expect much, the weather is a surprise. Who thinks it's cheap there, you don't pay for everything, fruits are expensive, food in the dining room is expensive somewhere. I flew from Biblio-Globus for 7 nights for 2 adults 31500₽ full package. Abkhazia is beautiful, but not cheap.

The nature is wonderful. As the Abkhazians say, four useful airs are combined here: sea, river, mountain and pine. The food in the dining room is delicious. There is always something meat, fruits and vegetables. I was pleased with the local dishes in the dining room and the relatively good wi-fi in the room. No one was left hungry. The locals seem to be trying. They are running around in the dining room, bringing something and taking it away. The cafe on the beach was also pleased. I will definitely come back!!! Now, why did I put 4 instead of 5? It's still a long way from the sea. Because of the mountain river, the water in the sea is layered, sometimes icy, sometimes warm (maybe this contrast is useful- you need to check with specialists). There is no pharmacy, disco, etc. nearby.

It's not the first year we've been vacationing in Solnechny. Wonderful nature ,view from the window , delicious cuisine, I would like to mention the work of the maids, they work like bees ,they will always come to the rescue But the advantages ended there!!!!!
We were occupied until late in the evening, the administrators were unqualified, the customer orientation was at zero!!!! The season has just started, and they're like sleepy flies!!!!!
P.S. The administrator, Dmitry, is always friendly and helpful, attentive to the guests. A professional in his field. Bravo!!!!! Keep it up !!!

We rested here for 2 years in a row with children, the food is excellent, the dining room is always clean, there are no foreign smells.The guests are greeted by a friendly receptionist and waitress girls, always polite and neat. We lived in a suite on the 10th floor, good repair, WiFi, the view from the window is gorgeous. The cleaning is not very good. Animator Katya did a great job, she coped well with children of different ages, occupied children both on the beach and in the playroom. The closed area of the beach, umbrellas and sun beds are free, there are changing rooms, showers and toilets. the beach is stone-sandy, the sea is clean. There is a cafe, WiFi. There is an opportunity to ride on saps, cheesecake and banana. There is an opportunity to go on various excursions from the hotel. We are happy with the rest, we will come again.

But these are wonderful, renovated rooms, the kitchen, the guys, the buffet service, they are so friendly, sincere, hardworking. My husband and I believe that the cuisine is 4 stars in Turkey. Room cleaning is at a high level. When positioning a 2-star holiday home, there is shampoo, dental kits, and daily cleaning in the room.
Of course, landscaping requires investments, but the elevator in the hotel and the elevator to the sea were built in 2024.
There is a bit of a lack of entertainment in the holiday home, but maybe it will be different in the summer season.

The territory is well maintained, the eye is happy, I went down to the sea along the terencourt (I hardly used the elevator) in 15 minutes. The beach is equipped with sun beds, and there is also a cafe where they make very good coffee. In general, I had positive emotions from my stay in this place, I thank the tour operator Biblio Globus for the pleasant prices and the staff of the boarding house for their work.

There is a cafe on the site, music. The room is ordinary, as in all 2**, since Soviet times, although repairs have been made. The dining room is spacious, there is no queue, a varied selection of dishes. You have to stop yourself from overeating. It's bad that fruits can't be taken out, as everywhere else, however, and they are eaten some time before a meal or 30 minutes after. You're not going to sit and wait for 30 minutes. You can go down/up to the sea by road or by elevator, they are new. It's slippery in the passage to the elevator! There are sun beds, umbrellas, toilets, showers, changing rooms, three cafes, a fruit tent on the beach for vacationers. A huge pine tree, so there is also a natural shade. Along the shore. You can walk to the White Cliffs. Of course, the pebbles are like everywhere else, but it's also useful to walk on them
More useful, at 7 o'clock morning gymnastics on the beach of the lower boarding house, there is also a massage room. There are new billiard tables in the recreation house, and a table tennis table on the 1st floor. Result. We came to Abkhazia with our family for the first time, and we chose the Sunny holiday home because of its nature and location. But what was my disappointment when I saw the receptionists at the reception, a quiet horror. Unkempt appearance, dissatisfied faces, very slow to settle, questions are answered reluctantly, or they pretend that they do not understand what they are talking about. Natalia behaved especially very defiantly and boorishly, she was very nervous, she needed to be treated, and not to work with people. We waited 2 hours until we were checked in. Absolutely incompetent employees. I was unhappy with the hotel, there was a breeze from the windows, I found insects on the curtains, several hairs in the bathroom, streaks on the mirror and an unpleasant smell in the room. The only advantage is clean air and a view of the sea, there are no more advantages and you will not find them. It is a pity that the first trip was overshadowed by this terrible boarding house and its incompetent staff!!!

We were there in September 2021. Rooms of various comfort, renovated and without renovation. The buffet food is not bad. The beach is 1-1.5 km away, the beaches are large, pebbly. Beautiful nature, lots of greenery, more than on the skirt. Gagra is nearby. There are many excursions.There are no shops nearby. It's a steep climb, but there is an elevator, you can run along the rise. I have good memories.

Pleasant memories are associated with Sunny, we were there before the renovation, the rooms were not very good, now it's probably much better. The food is acceptable, the buffet is monotonous, but you can eat. Nature is just incredibly beautiful, a riot of vegetation and colors, you can walk to Stalin's dacha, fireflies fly in the evening. The road to the beach is certainly interesting, we go down the mountain by elevator in the rock, then across the bridge and onto the beach, the beach is good, wide, but next to the river, it is better to move away from it. There are no shops or markets nearby, but it's close to the border, no problems catching a car and getting there inexpensively, you just have to bargain.

All the employees are trying, it's obvious. The reception is always friendly, I know Natalia personally, I have repeatedly consulted on the phone, she basically does not know how to be rude to anyone and will always help with any issue. There are no elderly administrators there. There were difficulties during the May holidays, we saw it, there were a lot of people, but everyone coped. One violent woman was rude and rude when we checked in, but it didn't spoil our vacation. I can assure you that all employees, without exception, try to resolve any issues promptly. The hotel is very nice. Prosperity and well-being.

My wife and I liked the hotel. I see other reviews and don't understand what people want from a post-Soviet boarding house. For a long time it was just dilapidated, now it has begun to be reconstructed. Yes, it's dusty, yes, there are some noisy jobs. But they are arranging it, they are trying for you. I'll describe our feelings in a summary.:
-Accommodation
The room is clean and cozy, if you need a toper, you will be provided, a kettle will be provided.
The drain system works for heat and cold, the rooms are renovated, there is a table and chairs on the balcony, of course there are nuances with the toilet, but they are not critical, the water in the shower is hot, the toilet flushes.
- Food
My God, the chefs' hands are just golden, my wife burst into tears when she tasted a bun with fudge (it tasted and smelled like in childhood). There is a variety of food, but the food is not salty, so what's the problem, there are straws with salt and pepper (they write it salty or not salty). And of course, the main problem is people, people are picking up this food, crowding, pushing, maybe they think they will be kicked out or there will never be any more food. Special praise to the waiter guys, they work smartly, the food trays are changed promptly, the tables are cleaned quickly, they also smile and are always positive.
- Staff
We are all human beings, and if you need something, you can ask for it. The maids are tactful, they asked for paper - please, air freshener- please, they work, the rooms are serviced, there were no problems with them.
- Reception desk
I agree with some, there is a problem, they work as hard as they can, they don't deliberately create crowds of people and do everything slowly, be patient, why make a scandal, and so on. They need a couple of admins and a good booking service. Moreover, tour operators rolled out promotions and a crowd of thirsty people came to check in, they were not ready for this.

When you get to a hotel, you really go back 50 years (in a good way). Wooden parquet, granite marble walls, long corridors, stone mosaic wall paintings, billiards, bar, gym.

We had a rest from May 24-June 3.
Initially, we chose between a 5-bed standard and a junior suite for 2 adults. And 2 d., they chose an expensive junior suite with a new renovation. In fact, upon check-in, it turned out that the floor, doors and skirting boards were old from a Soviet-era developer. According to the number, there are live and dead bedbugs in large numbers. Was it clarified at the reception that we were definitely settled in a junior suite? Answer: It's your own fault that you're all falling for this junior suite!!!! So the concepts of junior suite and standard turned out to be different. Take the standard five-seater, and it's cheaper by a decent amount. Both have two rooms, there is a refrigerator, the only difference is that there are beds in two rooms as standard, and a sofa in one room in the junior suite.
Pastel accessories, linen, towels are all clean and fresh. There is room cleaning.
There is no animation of any kind.
The beach is clean, there are ski slopes, toilet, shower.
We liked the kitchen, the waiters' service was excellent, the dishes were clean.
I consider the reception to be the face of the institution, very poor service, and their impression is negative.
The territory is wonderful: mountains, forest. We enjoyed the walks to the sea.
In general, we recommend it, we want to come back in a couple of years, we hope there will be a pool.

We had a rest in the Holiday Home "Solnechny" for two years in a row. We lived in old rooms and renovated. I liked it everywhere. The staff is polite and attentive. Cleaning daily, changing towels constantly. Beautiful new elevators both in the building and on the way down to the beach. A huge territory is buried in relict pines, larches, firs - you can list and list ... The beach is clean, the cafe at the beach is ready to feed and water guests from morning to night! The sea can be reached by an elevator in the cliff.

Tver city. We have been coming to this hotel for several years (5 years). A very wonderful holiday home. Delicious home cooking, pastries are just a luxury. Wonderful administrators, special thanks to Deputy Director Natalia! He copes with his duties perfectly, solves issues quickly. The rooms are decent. We lived in room 618 in 2024. The cleaning is thorough, towels are changed frequently and bed linen.

A great holiday home. The first thing that pleases is 4 elevators (or 5). There are no problems with the list and ascent . Parking for cars is right at the entrance to the reception on the 3rd floor and there is another opposite the main entrance. The elevator to the beach is located to the right of the building, approximately 100m away...it goes down for 50 seconds and then 5 minutes and you're on the beach. The rooms are spacious, just renovated with personal rather than shared air conditioning and a personal Wi-Fi amplifier. All rooms have a sea view....there are no rooms in the opposite direction. The view is gorgeous . Dining room : beyond praise . The food is excellent , made with love from quality products. Sour cream is like homemade . The pastries are only delicious and always fresh , which makes you want to eat non-stop . Any product is brought in immediately if it is served on the buffet. Music is playing . The staff work like clockwork. It's nice to eat and enjoy life in this holiday home))) If you want to have a wonderful mood and not suffer from poor-quality food, then you are here.

1. Locations.Sunny is surrounded by greenery, and the views. They are simply indescribable.
2. Check-in. Either the administrators themselves write reviews about a good settlement, or they ask tourists. Tired from the road, do I need their strained smiles? Check in and relax as soon as possible. And there were many like us. And there were families with small children. Administrators are lousy. They undermine the image of such a wonderful holiday home. I also wrote to the travel company, I hope they will not ignore it.
3. Cleaning. It doesn't come from the word at all. We were checked in late. But even by that time, the room was not ready.
4. Food. No frills, everything is homely and delicious. Chefs have golden hands.
I would like to come again, but I don't want to wait in line again after a tiring journey.

It's a disappointment.
- check-in: administrators simply cannot cope with the influx of tourists, people were resettled as early as 7 p.m.
- sound insulation: in the room you can hear absolutely everything that is happening around you - conversations, TV, footsteps, furniture shifting and intimate life in every detail. Literally every word is heard, as if there are no walls at all.
- the balcony looks unsafe because of the huge gap at the bottom. Instead of the smell of the sea and pine trees, it constantly stinks of cigarettes.
- dining room: the tables are very inconveniently positioned - everyone is looking at each other. The dishes are either bland or salty, always cold. For dinner, they give leftovers without even warming them up.
- the territory consists of one road to the sea. The elevator and tunnel look like something out of a horror movie. There's nothing to do with a wheelchair there, you can't get to the sea, there are stairs.
Repairs are underway in one wing of the building, so there is construction debris everywhere, wires that children stumble over, and a hammer drill rattles.
- game room: without an animator, the floor is dirty, all toys are broken, the safety net is torn. When we entered it, the students were smashing everything in their path, and their mothers were sitting at high chairs and drinking beer, spilling it on the floor.
- and the icing on the cake: on the 4th day we had to move from a 3-bed room to a junior suite, which they refused, explaining that the conditions in the junior suite were even worse: there was no repair, no air conditioning, bed linen and wifi

We went to the rest house, talked to people. The view from the windows is crazy in a good way. The territory is large, the elevator with the feeling of being sent to another dimension is a little tense, but you can also walk to the building under eucalyptus and cypress trees, the air is awesome. We will definitely stop here next time. The people are happy with the food, some of the rooms have already been renovated in a modern style.

I am here now. 19.07.2023. Well, it's pleasantly amazing. Everything you need to eat to relax. The food is excellent: salads, pastries, pork and chicken are given for lunch and dinner. Delicious salads, pastries, buns, cupcakes. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach. They even regretted that they took 7 days instead of 10. The sea is cool, because June was cold. We live on the 6th floor without renovation, but that's why we live here. I hope that after the repairs they will keep affordable prices for economy class. If you are looking for a replacement for Turkey, come here. Wishes to put a second thermos for tea in the morning, because in the morning there is a queue, they still want tea, put sun loungers on the playground near the bar 20 pieces, someone can sunbathe near the boarding house., tk excursions, etc., and there is time to sunbathe
