I ordered the delivery.
The cabbage pie and solyanka were not bad, but not super tasty either, for a C grade.
Caesar salad arrived immediately with breadcrumbs in it, naturally soaked. And the salad was almost hot, it was very hot from other dishes. There are a lot of eggs for Caesar in the salad itself.
I put 1 because of the khinkali - these are the MOST TASTELESS khinkali that I have ever eaten. They are completely dry with huge tails that probably weigh more than half of this "dish"..
1/5 - I will never order from there again.

On the appointed day, 23.02. at 12.45, without waiting for a call from the courier and having difficulty getting through to the administrator, she informs me that the order is unknown when it will arrive, maybe in 1.5-2 hours or more, and in general we do not have couriers, and your order has not even been made yet. When asked what I should do in a situation where everyone is sitting at an empty table and waiting for delivery, the girl replied that this was not her problem, and, in general, she did not have time to talk to me and eventually canceled my order HERSELF, as I talked to her emotionally and she did not like it. I perfectly understand the workload on a holiday, but why dial orders that the cafe cannot serve due to the lack of sufficient staff, why not, knowing that the courier does not have time to do anything, call the customer and warn about such a delay or at least corny apologize. However, by the specified time, the pies had not been brought, they had not even been cooked. Moreover, they did not think to warn about the delay at all!
Worried that the delivery time had passed and the courier had not contacted us yet, we called the dispatchers ourselves and, after getting through not the first time, learned that the whole office of hungry men needed to wait for the order for at least 1.5 hours.
They refused to wait, the order was canceled, and they got out of the situation themselves. We will not contact this service anymore! They are very irresponsible in the pursuit of orders.

The courier has the customer's number, call and say I'm late. In general, I have made conclusions for myself on this institution, I do not advise you to go there. The fish pie is not bad, 4 out of 5, with meat did not go at all, fell apart right in the hands and did not taste very good, 2 out of 5, with blueberries and apple - 4 out of 5.
