A great place to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. A well-heated and spacious house. A sauna is also on the level, an anteroom with air conditioning and a samovar. I highly recommend this place to relax.

We had a rest in early August of the hot summer of 2024.
The feelings are only positive!
But there are nuances. 🤗
The house on the outskirts of the village is Flat. Very spacious, there is an advanced TV playing all formats, a Dandy-type set-top box, a refrigerator, a washing machine, a gas stove, a toilet, a shower. The stove is powered by a liquefied gas cylinder.
In the heat, the fan saves, it's the only one, but we had enough.
The power supply is reliable - there was a wind with gusts of more than 25 m/s - passed without disconnections, although the trees in the area were severely damaged.
The river is close, but the swimming place is small, the water was very cold - swimming will not be possible here. Only as an option with an add-on.
To relax by the water, it is better to look for other options.
Getting to the shops is not so difficult, but you will have to drive on a dirt road, which is not always good after precipitation.
The bathhouse was not used - it was hot.
The owners have fresh vegetables on sale.
There is no Internet in the house, foreigners need to buy a mobile operator card (only 3g is available in the village) - everything is within reason, it is enough🤗

A great place to relax. The interior is pleasant, there is a good functional fireplace. Two closed rooms and one open on the second floor. There were towels, the house was warm and cozy. We spent a lot of time playing the console, a pleasant flashback)
