I bought a sewing machine in the midst of the "bring the old one, you'll get a new one" campaign
I chose a car from Bernina - Bernette B37 with a 20% discount, without exchange.
It was a day off - Sunday (09/22/2024), there were a lot of customers and one saleswoman complaining of a headache.
I tested the selected car myself, I was satisfied with the machine, biiflex sews perfectly and in my joy I did not even realize that the car was sold from the showcase.
Upon arrival home, it turned out that the package was not complete, there was no small coil holder.
Proceedings began, in the flesh, before accusing me of losing the coil holder during transportation.
To be fair, the holder was still delivered with a compliment: a branded Bernina pen, two promotional flyers and a needle pad, and most importantly, THEY APOLOGIZED!
When buying sewing equipment at the SEWING MACHINE HOUSE store, be careful, check the equipment and pay attention that the product is not from the showcase.

There were very unpleasant sensations, the woman was too restless, she didn't really want to serve. She demanded that I pay her for an hour's delay at work. Although the working day is until 18.00, and I came to buy a car at 16.45. I gasped and groaned, I didn't really want to sell, and she looked like I had come to beg for her attention and ask for a loan of this car. I arrived the next day, I tested another car, but it took her at most 30 minutes. But she was polite, at the same time. She didn't want to say or explain much and didn't try very hard. Like, fuck off, but faster. If you have any questions, write, call, we will help and prompt you. In fact, when I called, the voice was outraged, and then she said bring the car.
So, now the question is: why arrange an extra show-off, and then send it to four sides?! I am writing about the branch in Astana. I don't know what's going on in Almaty and Shymkent, but it's unpleasant to go to them here. Now I'll just return the car and buy it where they will tell me humanly and explain how and what is the right thing to do.
