The building is abandoned, when you pass by you can see that there is a garbage dump inside, mountains of garbage. Architecturally, the building itself is beautiful, the columns are especially good. If it is restored, it will be a very beautiful building.

A once beautiful building. Before the organization of a polyclinic in it, the NKVD was located there. They say it was a creepy place. After the last fire, they did not restore it. It's worth it, as a reminder of the past
