Don't expect anything super comfortable, well, they don't settle in a hostel for comfort. Very convenient 24-hour entrance, understanding staff, kitchen, refrigerator, shower (it's better to wear slippers in it)), lots of outlets. In general, your attitude towards this hostel depends more not even on the staff (they are great), but on other visitors and their respect for this space. For example, the ladies didn't take their hair out of the shower and made shampoo))) Overall, the aftertaste from this place is very good, I hope the guys will be fine!

Everything was fine with us, we came and left.We came to enjoy Almaty and its unremarkability, but what I definitely liked was this peace and quiet when you sleep. There are people, but no one can fit in, everyone on their own, there is no queue for the shower as there are none .It is very cozy and atmospheric, I was not happy that I chose this hostel. And it's very clean and quiet around, the soul is just resting, The cafe nearby is gorgeous. In general, some advantages and good impressions remained and the staff is also nice

A very good hostel for your money! The guys clean the toilets and rooms several times a day every day, and regularly take out the trash. The dude at the reception explained everything without water. In the kitchen, it feels like you're in a dorm (in fact, it is lol), you can chat with your neighbors in different languages. The location is fucking convenient, buses run almost anywhere in Almaty. And there's also a shop in the same building that sells literally EVERYTHING from sandwiches to deodorant. The only negative is dirty dishes in the kitchen, but if you eat from a disposable one, this is not a problem.
