Once there was a case in this institution. It was late in the evening. Our event was coming to an end, in principle, everything was delicious and I really liked everything. I liked one salad especially and we ordered it again. The waiter brought it in and it tasted terrible. We asked how this could happen and the waiter said that the cook had already gone home and he had made the salad himself. As a result, they did not eat, they were deleted from the account.

The food is very tasty, I recommend the eggplant salad! The staff is nimble, but sometimes participates in skits and is busy. The service is as usual as everywhere else. The cuisine is excellent, the chef came out and treated us with compliments. The DJ's music is relatively good, but he doesn't feel like dancing all the time either. However, in literally every aspect of the management of this institution, the impression was diligently spoiled. Let's start with the principle of seating - they try to put you in the most uncomfortable, cramped places first, under the pretext that everything else has already been booked. Another person was called, they could not fit, and it turned out that the reservation was not a reservation at all. The sound is poorly tuned. In fact, you can hear yourself only in front of the stage, there is an echo on the sides with a delay, well, you can spend a little money for a day of professional work. They don't clean the table, only when you invite them to do it separately, because there is nowhere to put the mug. They also adopted the bad practice of the worst institutions in terms of breaks - so that they could arrange such breaks in bed - turn off the sound for an hour, turn on bright lights, and also be rude that they need to clean up, take away dirty dishes and so on (I promised to write a review at this stage, to which the reaction was "yes, I don't care").

I was there with friends, to be honest, the impression is not very good. Karaoke in Kazakh is very scarce, there is almost nothing. It would not hurt to update the repertoire of songs. There are either few waiters, or they don't want to work at all, I had to constantly use the DJ's walkie-talkie to find them! The kitchen is so-so, my appetite has not woken up, it is necessary to work on serving dishes! I have worked for 21 years in the catering industry in Moscow, and I think for growth, you need to take the institution seriously.

There is live music. The singer has an excellent voice, I would like to wish for an extensive repertoire.
And I was surprised by the smoke on the dance floor... It is not comfortable, it settles directly on the vocal cords. It's better to beat it with lighting effects.
Bottom line: I won't recommend it to anyone, no offense. And so I think that the institution has its own regular parishioners😊
