Due to the loss of the prepayment receipt, they refused to return the points, did not offer any ways out of this situation, switching to a raised tone and rudeness, demanding to find this receipt, otherwise the goods made (for partial prepayment) will not be issued. The girl who took the order did not focus on the impossibility of getting points without a receipt.
I do not recommend this optics as there is no complete customer orientation. Employees do not wear badges
