Because I am the husband of a cook with golden hands and impeccable taste, and in this baking I lacked the most important thing — balance. — The cream is "cut off" — The fillings are sweet to the point of cloying — There's a lot of dough, but it's flat and unsalted, which means it's empty. But salt in desserts is like punctuation in a text: without it, everything loses its meaning. And yes, the seller… I came across a lady with a "don't come near — I'll kill you with a glance" mood. And in a pastry shop, I'm sorry, people with kind hearts and sweet tongues are required to work. They come here not for bread, but for the mood.
